I will remember that when you are asleep." she smiles evily as she got out of bed "well Hank and Cadance made food by now so i am sure that we can get some breakfast before we go and have some fun together. Maybe you can start your training?"

Aryios and Rose went down stairs and they saw everypony at the table. It was filled with all kinds of breakfast food Aryios has never seen a table that packed. " Mornin everypony." Aryios pulled out a chair and Rose sat down. "It is a honor to sit at the same table as royalty." Aryios said respectfully.

Cadance smiles "you are royalty though. Dont worry." she smiles warmly as she was finished and waits for rose and Aryios to eat.

Rose got some food and happily eats "Wow! Hank's cooking is amazing!" she giggles "these are some weird combinations.."

Aryios started to eat the food was amazing better than anything he ever tasted but he ate with manners. Aryios looked around and he didnt see shining armor anywhere. "Hey cadence i dont see shining armor anywhere i thought he always with you" Aryios asked.

Cadance sighs "he runs  like a gym training outside.. he is to help the ponies.. its hard for him to have break." she sighs "well i hope you all enjoyed it.. even though it isnt really a good combination. As you could see there are fishsticks and custard.. give it a try."

"Hmm a training gym sounds like something i might want to check out." Aryios thought to himself. He took his plate over to the kitchen sink and cleaned it off. "Well everypony thanks for the breakfast but its time for me to start my run." Aryios walked over to Rose and kissed her deeply. Then he walked out of the hall.

CAdence smiles "Thats great Sam." she got up as they all finished eatting and Cadance washes dishes. Hank smiles "Rocket can you get the newspaper?" He says and smiles and laughs

"haha I know" rocket said, "and yea I can go get the paper." he runs to the front door and grabs it. then he brings it back and sets it on the table.

 

Sam goes into the Kitchen to help cadence with all of the dishes. "need a hoof? I can help you out if you want some help"

Aryios walked down the castle halls and he found the training gym he saw the guards working out one pony was having some trouble lifting the weight back on to the rack. Aryios walked over to the bench and lifted the weight with one hoof  on to the rack. "Hey thanks man that was alittle too much for me." The pony said thanking him. "It was no problem at all."

"Man im going to feel that one in the morning i felt like that last punch bruised my ribs." Shining said calmly. Aryios took off his gear. Aryios walked away from the ring then he started to feel dizzy it felt like the whole room was spinning. He fell to his knees he coughed up some blood. "I guess that last punch hurt a little more than i though." Aryios said weakly then he hit the floor passed out cold.

Sam couldn't come up with any type of idea at all. She thought and thought an still just couldn't think of anything to do to make hank feel better

 

Rocket stood up and shouted, "I have an idea!!! Lets throw hank a random party! He won't expect it and hopefully it will be enough to make him forget about the current situation and be happy again!"

"Well according to this report he will be fine he just got hit in the wrong place on his side and he will be coughing up blood for awhile but im going to put him on a week of bed rest this means no training sessions casue this could escalate into something much worse if does his normal routine." The Doctor said calmly.

Rose smiles "i know how Aryios is. He is pretty much hard headed. and i guess.. hard bodied?" she giggles "And i bet Hank could keep you down." she kisses him  "well.. i guess you cant do your morning works? and Aryios.. can you teach me how to fight? so i can defend myself?"
