As Aryios sat there meditating he could see his inner world it was a flat grassy field with a single tree in the middle Aryios took a few steps forward then it all burst into flames he could see his other half. "Well well if it isnt little Aryios and might i say little is an understatement." Shadow said calmly. "Why have you returned i thought i purified during out last battle." Aryios said angerly. Shadow just laughed. "Oh did you really think that i would be beaten so easily if it was that easy then we wouldnt be having this little chat." Shadow said calmly. "And i must say i really like this new body of yours its much more comfortable than that old mecha body of yours." Aryios knew that he would never die unless he did something. "Why do you torment my dreams." Aryios asked calmly. "Oh because its so much fun to miss with your head seeing as i know every dark secret you hide deep within your mind maybe i you should just let me take over your body i mean i am the stronger and must i say way better looking than you." "Oh and another thing when i take over your body im going to have so much fun with your dear sweet little rose." Shadow said laughing

Sam quickly grabs a Quill and gets ready to write down pinkies story.

 

rocket looks at the teams that are entered and picks out the top two, he calls Rainbow and AJ over and explains to them the race. "Alright here are our main competitors. we have the team of Reggie the griffin, and Fantaisa the zebra. and then here is the kicker. the race has allowed two changelings to make a team for the race. im pretty sure you can take the pony teams, but we need to work to beat the other two, got it?"

 

amy thinks and says, "do you want to go to sugarcue corner and think about it?"

 

Pinkie suddenly goes hostile, "WHY DID YOU MISS MY PARTY!!!! I SWEAR IM GOING TO DO SOMETHING I WILL REGRET!!!!" 

 

sam casts a relaxation spell and pinkie falls on to the sofa, she starts to cry and says, "im sorry hank...im just really hurt!!!"

Sonata went to the canterlot hospital to check up on how the new treatment was coming along thanks to rarity's work her lab coat was big enough to cover her belly. "So tell me flash how is the treatment coming along." Sonata said calmly. "Oh lady sonata i didnt see you there but to answer your question your medicine is working better than i could have hoped." Flash said happily. "So whats the her condition." Sonata said as she saw the young filly lying in the bed. "Her condition is stable at first we didnt think she would make it but thanks to lady sonata i think she will make a full recovery." Flash said calmly. "Well....thats ooof." Sonata stopped in mid sentence she could feel something wet running down her leg. "Oh my lady sonata your water just broke your going into labor you two get a her to one of the rooms on the maternity ward stat." Flash said in a commanding tone. The two nurses took Sonata to one of the rooms. "I had better inform her family." Flash said dialing the number but all he got was an answering machine. "Hello there this Flash i was calling to tell you that you need to get the to the hospital right away lady sonata had gone into labor."

Rose smiles "aryios! Sonata is having the foals! Lets go!" She smiles hoping towards the door.

 

Hank sighs and pats pinkie's back "its okay. I promise i will come to the next one. You know i am busy.." he smiles

 

Rory hugs amy "well lets go than." He walks outside and leads the way walking next to her.

Rose smiles "aryios! Sonata is having the foals! Lets go!" She smiles hoping towards the door.

 

Hank sighs and pats pinkie's back "its okay. I promise i will come to the next one. You know i am busy.." he smiles

 

Rory hugs amy "well lets go than." He walks outside and leads the way walking next to her.

pinkie sighs, "i know hank, but this one was for you... and you promised you would show up, and you didnt. show up!" she says sadly.

 

Amy smile at the great morning she was having, the sun was shining and she was walking with her best friend. he was so nice, and now that she noticed he was cute too.

Aryios didnt budge he was deep into the trance. Aryios and the shadow were still fighting. "Curse you even in your body now you still resist me just give in to your instincts." Shadow said irritated. "Sorry but i dont need you anymore i have found a new power and i have a new family one that cares about me no matter what." Aryios said calmly. "Grrr you were always a goody two shoes well then if your not going to give me control than i will shatter your soul and take your body by force." "Just try and take it." Aryios said as he forced the shadow away. Sonata was could feel the tightness of her belly. The doctor walked in. "So how are they doc." Sonata asked calmly. The doctor looked at the data from the machines. "They are doing just fine my lady they seem to be perfectly healthy no signs of distress." The doctor said calmly. "It shouldnt be too long now if you keep progressing at this rate the foals should be born anywhere from an hour or to two hours i dont know." he said calmly. The door swung open and there was Rose and the applefamily she looked around for Aryios but he isnt here. "Rose where is your brother." Sonata said calmly.

Hank is surprised "you threw a party.. for me? Why? I didnt need one.. and i am sorry for not coming.. i wish i did.."

 

Rory smiles as they arrive at sugarcube corner "here we are.." he opens te door for her "so what do you want?"

 

 

Rose sighs "sonata.. he is still at home.. fighting the shadow inside him."

Sonata sighs. "I guess i couldnt keep him contained any longer i used a warding spell to keep the shadow at bay but when i became pregnant with the foals i could feel the ward weakening as my pregnancy advanced i know that he will win the battle i know he will." She said as she winced in pain

Pinkie says, "it was just a congratulations party for your marriage. i wanted to do something speical for you, and i thought you would enjoy it."

 

Sam smiles, she knows this is going rather well for a therapy session for pinkie pie.

 

Amy walks into the store and looks at all of the food, then she sees it. it was the perfect cupcake with rainbow frosting and sprinkles. "that one!" is all she can say.

Rose holds her hoof "dont worry. If something bad happens. Ill bring the aryios back okay?' she smiled.

 

Hank hugs pinkie "i am sorry pinkie.. i really am.. i promise i will go to the next one. be happy again!"

 

Rory smiles as he went to the cashier and gives mrs. Cake the bits for the cupcake and he gives it to rory and rory gives it to amy.

Sonata smiled back "I know you will my dear Aryios is a very special pony and he needs a special somepony like you Rose." Sonata said warmly. "Whats the matter Aryios getting tired already has your peaceful life made you soft." Shadow said calmly. Aryios got up off the ground. "No im just getting started i will show you the power i have acquired though my new life." Aryios said as he charged at the shadow.

Pinkie sighs and says, "i will try, im just upset because someone called my parties annoying, that really hurts too.."

Sam writes stuff down and continue listening.

Sam scribbled some more stuff on the paper and then looked over to hank, she had an idea.

 

Amy blusehed and looked away, she had never been called beautiful before and was flattered.

"Yes my dear you are very special you and Aryios souls are connected  it was fate that brought you two together and you are the only one who can keep his dark powers in check. "Sonata said smiling. The pain intensified. Sonata screwed out in pain the doctor ran in the room. "Its time for the foals to come out get the stuff ready." The doctor said as the nurses scrambled to get the items ready. Sonata said in between contractions "Rose i dont want you to see this you will experience this when ever you have foals of your own." Sonata said calmly. Aryios was fighting the shadow with all of his might. "Is this the power you were talking about thats a laugh you are weaker than ever you should have just renounced your childish dreams and gave in to your power." Shadow said calmly. Aryios could feel his strength leaving him as the fight wore on he felt to the ground. "Yes thats right lie on the ground like the weak and pathetic dog that you are." Shadow said laughing. Aryios could feel himself losing conciseness he thought to himself. "Everypony lend me your strength please give me the strength to win."

Rose sighs "im going to Aryios.' She ran off back to the house and heads inside "aryios. Where are you?' She runs around the house bumping into him and hugs him

 

Hank nods "thank you. Sam.. that look.. you have an idea."

Rose sighs "im going to Aryios.' She ran off back to the house and heads inside "aryios. Where are you?' She runs around the house bumping into him and hugs him

Sam smiles and says, "follow me out of the room for a second, pinkie, we will be right back." 

Pinkie sighs and looks out the window.

 

Amy takes a bite and says, "thank you for the compliment, i never thought i was beautiful. that means a lot to me, so once again. thank you"

Aryios could feel a warm sensation though out his body he heard Roses voice. "Rose needs me i must get up." Aryios said trying to get up off the ground. Sonata was in labor. "All right my lady i need you to push with all your might." Sonata pushed hard. "doing great i can see the head." She pushed some more. The doctor grabbed the first filly and put her on the table. Aryios could hear what sounded like a foal crying "That sound those are the foals cry's i have to get up they need a protector and im the only one who can do it." Aryios said as he could feel his strength returning. "Alright sonata give your best push the second filly is almost out." Sonata put all her strength into the last push and the last filly was out. He wrapped up the filly's and took them to the nursery. "Great job my lady they are two very beautiful filly's. Aryios heard the second foals cry. "There here both of them now i must win." Aryios said getting back to his feet. "Grr why wont you stay down just give in your only prolonging your defeat." Shadow said angerly. "No shadow you are wrong i have ponies who care about me Rose my marefriend she is always at my side no matter what life throws at me, Sonata she was the only mare who really cared about me and she is my mother now, and the new foals they need a protector and even if it kills me i will fight to the end. Shadows sword disappeared "Whats the matter giving up." Aryios said calmly. Shadow shook his head "No you passed the test." Shadow said calmly. "Passed the test what do you mean?" Aryios said confused. "I was testing your resolve your drive to protect the ones you love and you showed me that you have learned how to feel emotion and that is all i need no return to your loved ones." Shadow said disappearing. Aryios feel into roses arms she could feel his body was weak.

Rose kisses him and holds him as her hooves glowed and she gave him energy. She smiles "lets go see our sisters."

 

Hank went outside 'so what do you have planned?

 

Rory smiles " i love you amy.." he made it so as they ate they get closer and closer and at the last piece they reached for it and kissed.

"we throw a party for pinkie, and invite everyone! she deserves it because she means a lot to all of us! what do you think of my plan?" sam said.

 

after the kiss, Amy blushed, she giggled and said, "i.... i think i love you too.... i just dont know..." she didnt know what to say,  she was so overwhelmed on what had just happened

Aryios got up and smiled. "Yeah lets go." Aryios said smiling Later they went into sonata's room "Oh Aryios welcome back did you win." She said calmly. "Yes i did and he said he was testing me." Aryios said confused. Sonata smiled. "Yes i could feel his energy disappear and what do you think gave you the power to push yourself beyond you limits." "It was the bond i shared with everypony i could feel their strength flowing into me as i fought the shadow." Aryios said calmly. Sonata couldnt help but smile for he had finally learned what friendship truly means. "Now come over here you two and see your new sisters." Aryios and Rose walked around the side of the bed and there were two filly's wrapped in a blanket their body's were grey and they had a purple mane no doubt from Diego. They were sleeping peacefully in sonata's arms. "Aww they are so cute." Aryios said in almost childish voice. "Yes indeed they are my son." Sonata said calmly.

Hank nods "we should. it can be all of ponyville. I could be performing and some of the other musicians also." Hs smiles

 

Rory blushes "that was nice.. i love you amy.. i want to be your coltfriend."

 

Rose smiles and looks at them "they are so cute. wonder if aryios and i will have foals.."

Sam smiled, "good! Oh let's grab pinkie and go see how rocket is doing, and just a heads up don't try to help unless he asks, he's kind of sensitive about it right now, understand?"

 

Amy blushes and says, "I would love to be your fillyfriend, but my dad is kind of old school, so you need to ask him first, I'm sure he will be more than happy that we are together."

Hank smiles "sure lets see rocket. Shall we tell pinkie of the party? And i wont ask him if he needs help. I got to train really fast anyway."

 

Rory nods and sighs "well. I hope he will. I dont want to end up not your coltfriend. I love you so much. I would do anything for you.'
