Video Games: Best Antagonists tournament (Nomination round)

In video games, we shall nominate the best groups of antagonists. And we shall see which antagonistic group is favored most. (Examples: Umbrella Corporation, HECU) 

 

Rules:

Each user can only nominate one.

I nominate Green Goblin from Spider-Man the Video Game. Pretty much best antagonist in Spider-Man movies and comics besides, well the original villains.

Can't really vote for Venom or Carnage.

I nominate the Tomorrow Corporation from Little Inferno. They is evil. They send kids toy fireplaces so they can grow up to be pyroman---

 

I nominate the Majora's Mask from Majora's Mask. :V I know there are better bosses, but I can't remember any of them.

I'm not sure if N counts because he turns good at the very end of Pokemon Back and White and is good in the sequel. Meh he's an antagonist for most of Black and White so I'll nominate him. If I can't then I'll nominate Dr. Eggman AKA Dr. Robotnik. In fact could I do both, you never said we can only nominate one character.

If that's too obscure, then I nominate Handsome Jack from Borderlands 2.
