Trying to find an old fanfic?

Hi all!

 

I'm wondering if anyone could help me locate an old fic. I've seen several blogs/pictures discussing Twilight's future after today's episode, and they reminded me of this story.

 

Basically in this fic, Twilight becomes a princess of equestria, and slowly drifts away from her friends. Several years later, she returns to Ponyville to see Applejack, the only one of her friends still living after all the time that has passed. After they have lunch together, they head up to a hill by Ponyville, where Applejack herself passes away, happy to finally be rejoining her friends.

 

Needless to say it was a sad fic. It also was a bit on the short site, I think either being a oneshot or only a few chapters long. I'm not sure where it was posted, but I searched my favorites on both FIMFiction and FF, and came up empty. If anyone's heard of this fic, I'd appriciate it if they could point me in the right direction.
