You know how much fan stuff matters to me? I don't think the english language has appropriate words for how little I care about fandom contributions to the mythology and lore of the MLP universe, but the phrase "not jack s#*t" comes to mind.

 

Having said that, I don't care if you want to be a deer. But depending on my mood, I might have the rest of the navy be incredibly racist towards you. I'm not sure yet.

 

So in conclusion, the answer is yes.

I kinda wrote that for the Equestria devided role play...so ignore the parts where I talk about his (Adopted) mother dies and stuff...

Basically his mother died giving birth to him when his parents were visiting canterlot. His father blamed him for his mother's death so his father abandoned him on the side of the road where he was found by one of Celestia's servants. She raised him and all that stuff.

Meet him in Trotuga. He's there to recruit people because he has basically no-one on his ship, except for a few deckhands.

I didn't mean exactly like the SEALS, I just meant elite group of the navy. Also I was thinking more of having him on his own ship, maybe with only a crew of one or two if someone joins him.

Well it's pretty hard to hit, see? Also the beauty of it is it's speed and ability to land on the deck of a larger ship. And Darts' is much more battle worthy, these were just to give you an idea.

Nope, but he can land on friendly ships for repairs and such. In direct combat he uses it like a light fighter jet; flying in close and hitting quick and hard, then pulling out and turning around for a second pass, it's mostly in tactics and speed, and like I said It is battle-worthy.

 

Think of it as a mix between a blue angel fighter jet and a man-powered helicopter

You can have an armored autogyro with guns on it, but not a fighter jet. Anyway, that's fine, but you need a base ship to land on, if only so that you have a place to sleep. You can still be your own captain, but I'm going to consider you an unofficial member of Gladius' ship, just so that you have somewhere to go.

Maybe it was before you joined, but we actually talked quite a bit about how the ships work. I decided that it varies from one ship to another, but both of my ships look pretty much like ordinary ships, at least from the outside. They have engines that allow them to fly, but also use sails for additional speed and whatnot.
