Will the equestrian army players be allowed to have regiments/companies of troops? 

I don't see why not... would add a nice angle if we had a character that had to look out not just for the well being of his own, but an entire company.

Also, I know that guns are allowed. How modern can they be? i.e. Machine guns etc.? I'd probably be using muskets and stuff but I'm just curious.

We're hard modern right now (Gauss cannons, EMPs and a friggin sonic screwdriver [don't ask about that one])

But if you want to use modern guns styled like civil war gear that would be pretty awesome! (or time travel... we don't have enough of that yet!)

That. Sounds. AWESOME! I can't wait to see the look on the PACE soldier's faces when the muskets come out.... in hindsight, kinetic shielding may not play nice with subsonic projectiles... that might be surprisingly effective!

Well, now we have a problem.

1. The flamethrower isn't electric.

2. Yep, there's a hooded pony who just hops off a five-story roof and snaps my leg. Note that this pony has had no introduction or any sort of backstory as to how he/she/it got on the roof.

3. One instant hit is okay. Two is pushing it.

And before I forget,

4. A sniper rifle with exploding bullets? Okay. A sniper rifle with exploding bullets that turn into armor-piercing when you press a button? No.

Well. Man. You got to remember you did instant hit me twice. the leg of hanks and twilights leg. So it makes up for them. Also the sonic screwdriver works on anything except deadbolt doors. It takes a certain energy to charge it.

Sonic screwdrivers don't work that way... They can't alter positioning of things that you couldn't move with tools from the same standpoint... They can't work in an emp'd environment (too small to be hardened and too outwardly used to be faraday'd (they ARE electric)... And they most certainly DO NOT heal wounds... Hank has gone far out of expy territory and into the dreaded realm known as "Mary Sue"... At least give hard explanations for everything you do. Edited March 7, 2013 by FractaLuna

I have seen the show (the first few years of the original plus the reboot)... I've played all the games except that one that came out last year... which did not have sonic screwdrivers healing wounds... And I see you didn't bother to counter any of the other points raised...

Well. They did use healing in the tv show and i have and played the new game. there is a song on youtube of all the things the sonic screwdriver can use. But. If it will make you all happy. I will cut down the uses of the sonic screwdriver to what is shown on the tv which is hacking, modifying, minor healing, acceleration, and repair.

ok, I think I get the arguments. here are my solutions to the whole situation without having to kick someone out, because I don't want to do that.

 

#1 I can amend the rules and add no instant hits.

#2 Kappa, If you would pleas tone down the Sonic Screwdrivers power, that would be greatly appreciated.
