The twilight sparkle one is good. The pinkie pie one looks like a Generation 3 Version to me for some reason. But they look good overall. Good job.

Oh wow I love this.

Especially the style you give them, definietly lets them stand out from most fan art I have seen.

As for an episode to watch I'd like to say Look before you sleep. That should have some good drawing inspiration moments.
