(Interest resparked so I wouldn't see Diamond go crazy on me. Shocking, yes?)

He struggled towards them, limping and growing weak quickly.

"Help! HELP!"

He stumbled, almost falling fully, with the zombie hoard right behind him, snapping at his heels.

"If they don't help... it will torment her forever... I'm already feeling much weaker than normal... I need... a shot of adrenaline and... and some more... meds..."

(OOC: He hasn't been bit...right ?)

 

 

Diamond wriggled out of Ramblers hooves and before anypony could stop her, she ran out to support Nightfall. "Come on Come on Come on Come on." She said, looking back at the zombie hoard.

After a moment, the reached the doors to Prancer Hall and ran inside. "LOCK THEM." She yelled at Rambler as the zombies started getting closer and closer.

After a moment, the reached the doors to Prancer Hall and ran inside. "LOCK THEM." She yelled at Rambler as the zombies started getting closer and closer.

 

(No, not fully. And not fully scratched. But he has been affected very slightly. The adrenaline and meds are more for the pain caused by the weight of the ponies on him, and to help him overcome the affects of the stench and feeling.)

"Oh, Celestia, I'm so sorry Nightfall. I didn't think there was any way you could have survived. If I'd realized... I shouldn't have held Diamond back. At least you're okay. I doubt anyone else is going to make it here. We should probably barricade the doors or something."

He relaxed on the couch, lying down and closing his eyes.

"Diamond," he finally said.

Diamond nodded. "Once...a very very long time ago." She said, sitting down next to the couch with a roll of bandages, some pain killer and an adrenaline shot. She gave him one of the pills and put the shot next to the couch. "Take that...if the pain gets any worse, let me know and I will use the shot." She said, cleaning up a few scratches (Which I would assume he would have gotten from the ground...rather than the zombies)

He looked at Diamond, then closed his eyes and straightened his head, wincing a little as Diamond wrapped up each of the cuts he had gotten from falling on the ground while he was chased. He fell silent, but his breathing rate and heartbeat were the same.

Diamond paused for a moment. "Um...I guess this is where we talk about past colt/mare friends...a very very long time ago I was in love with this wonderful colt. He brought me flowers every day and all that stupid sappy stuff. Anyway, after a while I discovered...he was...a...a changeling. Stupidly I never confronted him about it, I thought I could make him love me for real...eventually I was getting tired way to easily, I felt sick and terrible...so I had to talk to him about it. But, he laughed and after taking as much love from me as possible...he left. I was heart broken but part of me felt like an idiot for believing I could change him. So...I did what all the other heat broken mares do...I...I gave up. I wanted to die...and I, tried to drown myself. But I was saved by my roommate and...well...yea." She said, wiping a few tears from her face. "But...Ever since I met you, I knew that I would never be alone again." She said, giving him a teary smile. "That's actually one of the reasons I am always trying to help Shade...because she is half pony, she can control herself." She said.

Coco got up. "No time to cry."

Slimy was still confused and didn't know what's going on. "Slimy, this place is in a serious danger. If we won't figure out what to do... all the ponies in here might die.." she said through her tears.

"And probably others already did..."

Slimy was shocked. "Don't worry Slimy. You are save.. They can't hurt you. And I won't let them do so."

"But.. but.." "We have to check the doors now. And then, to the lab. Immidiately."

"I don't care... I couldn't stand being without you..."

As Slimy was packing her bag with books and samples - typical lab bag, she took her dress off and set her mane free. She took a weapon straps on instead. "I knew this day could come and it did, and they really should have waited...". She had one strap, full of chemicals as a sash and other one with a case containint a sharp dagger on her leg. "A polearm and a gun would be useful.. also, a first aid kit.. oh my..."

She also got a scarf around her neck and took her bow off, taking an engineering googles on heard forehead insead. "Scarf is always useful."

Slimy was staring at her for a second. She looked like a post-apocalyptic survival now. He carried her bag for her as they trotted check the main entrance door.

Nightfall ignored the part of him that wanted him to say dark humor. He stayed silent, liking the fact that he had made at least one pony happy. He started to not feel sick anymore, lying down with Diamond close by, in a semi-safe environment, knowing that other ponies would fight if possible.

Rambler finished barricading the door enough that he was certain they couldn't get through. With nothing else to do at the moment, he sighed and sat down. He was just glad Cascade was somewhere far away, where she was hopefully safe from... whatever was going on here.

Arcane sighed and nodded. "But still, we need to find some way to get them back to normal ponies. I'm going to need samples and testing time to work out a cure. The best sample would be a small bit of their blood. I could see what's corrupting them and find a way to eliminate it"

Lila let out a sigh, "Face it, it wont happen. What ever they are they're stuck like that." just after finishing her sentence she heard screaming from down the hall. "Come on." Lila rushed out of her room to the sound of the screaming. When she got there she found Nightfall (i think thats who you're playing as) and Diamond, Rambler and that should be everypony. Everypony except Cascade. "What happened?" she asked slightly winded.

"Nightfall very nearly died. Diamond is treating him now. I just finished barricading the door. I don't really know what we're going to do now. We can't leave or we'll be slaughtered by those things, but we can only stay here so long before we run out of supplies."

"Thanks glob.."

She looked at all the ponies there. "Is everyone okay?" she looked at lying Nightfall. "Is HE okay?!". He seemed pretty wasted. "Oh my.."

She was silent for a second. "They aren't very durable so if you are seriously endangered, just kick their heads off..." she said with a relaxing tone.

"I'm heading to the lab now. I might find something useful in my books and samples. Don't worry. Just let science do the work!" (reference!) her tone was full of determination and hope. Deep inside, she hoped Cloudsdale is save.

"Okay, say we don't kill them all, and we get a body. Do you actually have all the skills and resources necessary to study it? Even if you do, and even if you manage to find a cure, do you have the supplies, skills, and resources necessary to create it? Even then, do you have a way to spread the cure without putting ourselves at significant risk in the process? Face it, as much as we may hate to do it, killing them is the only way."

Right now we cant focus on getting a body. We need to focus on staying alive...like finding food. This place probably has enough to last us all about...a week. But those...things are probably going to break in by then. We need to find weapons and a way out of this building."

All i need right now is a body and that will have to do. We could head for the science lab next, the equipment there will be able to help me immensely."

Coco got confused. Noone listened to her. She felt disappointed.

"O..okay then.." she said, grabbed her bag, turned around and trotted away. Slimy looked at her as she was running away. He suddenly felt something he has never felt before - anger.

"You... you ladies and gentlecolts made me feel really red now.." he said with fury in his eyes.

 

"Who cares. I can do it on my own."

Coco closed herself in the lab and prepared all of her samples and tried to find something on the hoof that she used to kick the Zombie's head off.

(OOC: To make things more difficult for myself...i'm gonna say Diamond isn't really as good at magic as she usually would be in most RP's...levitating things tires her out.)

 

"Y-Yea...magic." She said, scratching the back of her head. "Ok...so. Since its night. I think w-we're the...the only ones left...I think one of us should stay awake...and we should take turns keeping watch. Tomorrow...we'll try our best to escape."

"Alright, well, I can take the first watch, but It's probably best if you all stay within earshot. If something happens, I need to be able to wake you all up quickly."

Shade said. It wasn't true that she dosnt need to sleep, but she was the one who had armor on and she would be able to wake up every pony if something happened.
