scarletrose closed her bag and followed close behind rambler

 

she hears a faint howling

 

"we better hurry that doesn't sound good"

 

scarlet quickly looked from side to side cupped her hands and yell "Peach where are you, can you hear us" she did this ever few minutes

(OOC: hands? Lol)

 

Peach heard a faint voice, but not what it said.

 

"Did you hear that?" She murmured to somber.

 

There it was again. This time clearer, someone was calling her name!

 

"OVER HERE!" She called, desperately.

 

Unfortunately the reply to her call was a loud bark.

 

Timber wolves!

 

Four of the creatures leaped out and stood before Somber and Peach.

 

Peach let out a high pitch scream, terrified. Her wings seemed glued to her back, her legs rooted to the ground.

 

"HELP!!!" She wailed to the voice.

Peach heart put her hea on her hooves, sighing quietly.

 

"Do you think they will ever find us? Do you think they will even notice were gone?" She asked not really expecting an answer. Perhaps she should have just stayed at home, at least she would have been safe there.

"That... I don't know... Either...", Somber said again, looking at Peach before closing his eyes yet again.

 

*This is too horrible... I should not have ever left the warehouse... At least I get to be with Peach... She's so warm... And I feel warm... WHY?! It's extremely weird... VERY WEIRD.

 

Until some timberwolves came and circled them, Peach letting out a scream. This wasn't right... He got up and acted as Peach's shield.

scarletrose quickened her pace to keep up with rambler

 

"hopefully they up a head" said with a worried tone

 

she suddenly heard a high pitch scream and started galloping in the direction she thought it came from, leaving rambler behind

 

she galloped for a few minutes and came upon peach being protected by that other pony from some timber wolves

She didn't know how it had happened really, but everyone had disappeared off of the beach and slowly faded into the forest in what appeared to be almost seconds. On top of that, night was falling and she could could very faintly hear the calls of Timber Wolves. Not wanting to be left alone, she darted into the forest, hoping to meet up with another pony.

Wildcard looked back into her eyes smiling. He stroked with one hoof through her beautiful soft mane.'Guess this is the moment' WIldcard thought, grinning slightly as his pulse got faster. He hesitated for a moment but then gently pulled Palette's head closer to his own. His eyes shut and his heart stopped for a moment as he tried to kiss the mare.

(Don't worry, I don't have a lot of time to think at the moment either and your posts are fine so far xD)

Palette let Wildcard kiss her, she shut her eyes as they connected together; Palette had never felt so good and alive, Getting to know and flirting with the stallion on the trip had lead to the best moment in her life, His lips on hers felt so reassuring, so amazing, so.. Nice. Palette kept kissing him for awhile until she pulled back and opened her eyes, She smiled at him, She wanted to say a thousand things to him right now, But she couldn't say a word from her still-warmth from her first kiss. Truth-to-be-told, she didn't really know what to say to him, So she just smiled, looked at him Warmly and spoke the simple "We've been up here for awhile, the others might be wondering what's around the island, Shall we go down and tell them or stay up here abit longer?" she giggled softly and waited for his answer.

 

(This might be my last post for 5-6 days, Going to school camp and won't be able to post Maybe Palette gets knocked out for awhile or just doesn't say/do anything til I'm back? Idk, Whatever )

Rambler arrived on the scene and smashed one of the timberwolves over the head with his shillelagh.

 

"Peach! We've been looking for you. You should all get out of here; I can hold the timberwolves off for a while, and I know my way back. Head back to the beach and I'll meet back up with you."

Palette soon heard a piercing scream below them in the woods, she looked down to see Pixel running into the woods and most the other ponies gone, She looked back at Wildcard with wide, concerning eyes then she did something she never she'd ever do, Ever. She did a dive straight into the woods, Palette didn't know what she was doing or how she was doing, she was also feeling abit queasy alright, But she didn't stop, She kept diving until she was close to the forest floor, She tried to pull up but ended up hitting her head on a large rock due to her lacking skill of flying stunts. When she got back up she tumbled around on her feet for abit then galloped towards where she thought she heard the scream, It was getting dark and Palette didn't know where she was going exactly, Just towards the growl of the Timberwolves. She was starting to think that she had got herself lost until she saw something red moving about, It was Scarletrose, Palette rejoiced and ran towards her until she saw Peach Heart, the quiet pony, Scarletrose, Rambler and some Timberwolves, Palette didn't have much of a reaction apart from saying "Oh sweet Celestia, Would you like some help with that?" And standing next to Rambler who had just gone and smashed one of the Timberwolves over the head like it was nothing

Somber was actually a bit too scared to move... Mainly because that there was more than two ponies... And that he was scared of near everything.... He mainly just sat there, as he curled up in a ball, blocking himself out from any of the outside scenes continuing.

"If you have fire, that'll do it. Otherwise, you just have to beat them down until they stop getting back up. Well, either that or you run." 

 

He bucked one and then bashed it over the head.

 

"I have flint and steel as well as matches in my pack, but I don't want to risk burning down the whole forest. If we keep falling back while we fight we'll reach the edge of the forest eventually, and they won't chase us far beyond there."

Peach cried out in shock as she was pushed. She rolled along the ground, hitting a rock that scraped her, but stopped her rolling any further.

 

She looked up at Somber with big eyes, not sure wether to be frightened, shocked, great full or all of the above.

 

She got up and bucked another timber wolf.

 

"I'm not leaving." She shouted back at Somber.

 

Somber looked at her, a bit of confidence, nodding to her as he went to lead off a Timberwolf, distracting it before he bucked its head off, the rest of the sticks falling to pieces. 

 

"Then, it looks like we're both staying!", he yelled out to her. His voice was getting really hoarse...

Palette looked at Somber and smiled, He seemed so shy but it he was so brave to do those things considering he would hardly speak, She was about to comment but she heard a growl near her and turned her head to see a Big Timberwolf infront of her face, It smelled absolutely horrible from up so close, The Timberwolf bared his sharp teeth and moved close to her until his head was towering above her own, His mouth was coming down slowly her get in her in one movement, Palette rolled her eyes at the Timberwolf and kicked at its teeth until its mouth was away from her head, When it was away from her and shaking its head she flew upwards to his back and forcefully kicked it, Folding her wings in abit so she could get him harder, She looked around to see fairly two standing Timberwolves to be where everypony could see them. Palette got off the destroyed pile of wood and flew merely above a tree to see if there was any others, She found no others and came down to ground level "Is Anypony Hurt?" she cried, Looking at the Timberwolves to see if she could find who they were targeting

"Rambler, how far is it to the edge of the forest?" Peach shouted, they weren't going to be able to put up such a strong fight for to much longer, and it looked as if there were more timberwolves than before. She quickly bucked another one, not before it scratched her. It wasn't deep but mildly painful. She trie not to show any pain, worried it would give Somber another chance to try and send her to the beach.

Suddenly hearing the sounds of fighting, Pixel Mouse ran deeper into the forest, following the sounds of the fighting. Slowly the sounds got louder as she burst into a small clearing in the forest just in time to see Somber plant a solid kick into a Timberwolf, shattering it.

 

Somber shouted to Peach, ordering her to run, but Peach refused.

 

Pixel yelped as another Timberwolf appeared out of the darkness next to her.

 

"Come on! This isn't the time for bravery, let's go!"

 

Fearing she wasn't abandoning the other ponies, pixel mouse ran back the way she had came, to the beach, hoping the others where following.

Rambler stuck down another timberwolf and turned to Peach. He could tell that they weren't far from the edge now, but he also knew they were getting tired.

 

"Don't worry, it shouldn't be too much further. You guys can start to run ahead if you need to. I've got my shillelagh, so I can handle them alright on my own for a little longer."

scarletrose turn around to check how much further  and saw pixel mouse come out of nowhere

 

"i think we should all make a run for it guys that includes you too rambler"

 

a timber wolf raised a claw to scratch her 

 

scarletrose raised her legged to block 

 

she received a burning pain on left hoof 

 

she kicked its head off and checked her wound

 

"celestia that bucking hurts"

Rambler saw the timberwolf scratching Scarlet Rose, and more importantly, the small drop of blood that come from the wound.

 

"Buck, now they can smell blood! We have to get out of here NOW. Otherwise they'll go into a frenzy and we won't stand a chance."

 

Rambler smashed one of them and turned to gallop away.

Somber managed to fight off most of the Timberwolves, moving back over to Peach, who seemed to be in a bit of pain. He was as well. His throat was getting even more sore by the second, and he picked her up, putting her on his back, and ran off. He couldn't fly away sadly, since he wasn't a good flier...

Wildcard flew above the forest and soon found the others. He was horrified when he saw that they were hunted and outnumbered by Timberwolves. He dived down and destroyed a Timberwolf that was busy trying to attack. He landed and shouted to the others
"STOP TRYING TO ATTACK, THERE ARE AT LEAST 15MORE COMING! WE NEED TO GET OUT HERE QUICKLY!"
He had to stop communicating to dodge a Timberwolf who was jumping at him. Wildcard was able to counter-attack the beast but his attack wasn't well targeted enough to destroy it. Shouting some swear words at the wolf he relocated himself to be able to communicate. "What's your plan? I think it might work if the weak flyers and non-pegasi amongst us flee, while the other pegasi try to hold the wolves back. Sure they will surround us, but we can simply fly away as soon as we have won enough time."

Peach jumped off his back trying to fly or at least walk by herself. But the scratch she had received before was deeper than she ha first presumed. She collapsed in pain after four steps. She could hear another voice, telling the weaker ponies fighting to flee. She hoped they listened to this advice.
