planning Baltimare High/College Planning

I am trying to get together a Batimare Highschool or college thread going. I feel like the city needs some fleshing out and a good school rp does a good job at that, not to mention it seems my OC is the only pony from there.

 

Rules: No killing, duh. Literacy is required; I do like reading full, proper, and detailed sentences, but I won't go hay-wire over the occasional spelling error or typo.

 

I personally would rather not start but I will if need be. Oh and if everypony could reply if they would want college or highschool thank you.

You should do a college. Dorm life is always dramatic and fun. Oh, and if we do a college can I be a professor. Never taught on a rp though. I still know alot. I think a good name for the college would be

Baltimare Eagles University/ BEU. The mascot would be an eagle. You should pick the mascot, if there will be one.

Sounds wonderful Yes you may be a professor, I was leaning more college anyways. Eagles make good ascots unless we prefer Griffins. I will say that this may be a slower pace RP since I work from 7pm to 5am and sleep from 6:30 am to noonish

College sounds more original to me; there are already several high school RPs going at the moment so a college one has a lot more promise. I think a griffin or eagle would be a good mascot.

 

Btw being English, college here is different to American colleges so my knowledge of the latter comes mainly from TV and movies. XD Feel free to correct me if I make a mistake. There are different houses for guys and girls, and sororities and frats, right?

I would suggest a school of magic. at least two classes and an after school type thing would be good, a social type, say coffee house, and some sort of sport or recreational activity. I'll go ahead and use Sabori and since she is a magic user she could be taking a class for that as a forein exchange student. I say lets get a central story going and take it from there. Possably multiple stories, each class a sport or some such and a relaxed atmosphere. I think Krim should start.

Hmm, we have four now, five if we include me. I think one or two more. The first class, which I will assume ~DerpyWhooves~ will be teaching something universal, magic seems alright a choice, depending on other participants. Plot wise, spice of life with magic. Ma sound boring...but Twilight did get turned into a Gatling Laser, so who knows.

Could be a regular college but with a magic class as part of the classes. That way, the college doesn't have to be restricted to just unicorn OCs. The college could offer both a flying class and a magic class.
