I'm making a rap song about Pinkeh but I can't rap for my life. Prolly 'cause i'm white. 

 

It'll be dope, y'all. 

 

So is anyone here willing to rap for my song? 

 

Oh yeah, the song's pretty lively. Like an 80's rap song. Something like Rob Base or something.

Well, maybe I can bump this topic and then recommend that you listen to Hopsin. In some of his songs, he imitates the voices of other types of people, like white people and women. Specifically Ill Mind of Hopsin series (They get really good at 4 and 5) and Sag My Pants.

 

Look him up yourself, I am not posting a link. He is called Hopsin, and his raps are quite funny and full of truths.

 

I don't like the sound of my natural speaking voice, so I will only willingly make myself sound like some sort of different persona.

I know white people who can rap though, but I personally can't. I guess the fact I don't really listen to rap contributes maybe a little

Here is a fun fact, one which has been a source of boundless joy to me in the past month: if you record yourself rapping, then pitch-shift the recording down about two semitones with appropriate tempo warping, you will sound awesome. (Assuming you already have good lyrics and flow, of course.) This is very handy for us white folk - you may not have to outsource your rapping.

I'm white and I can rap and so can many of my white friends.... Sterotypes don't mean anything... Out of all of the people I know in real life, I know more white and asian guys that can rap then black guys (out of people I know personally)
