As For The Bystander Thing, Only If You Want To, It's Your Character So I Can't Directed It, All I'm Saying, Is That Your Character Would Probably Do Best, Outside The Urban Environment Of Ponyville Or In Caterlot Castle With The Other Royals, But Its Up To You To Chose Where Your Char Goes And How She's Introduced.
