90% should not be allowed to use the word "role play" much less "OC".

Concept has been murdered.

 

Never mind that almost all of the RP's break the RP world rules. xD

You can't force ponies to become good RP'ers if there is no basis to build upon.

 

I think it's a furry remnant in this fandom. Tho furries had a entirely different purpose on their role plays...

Every role play was "private".

 

And evidently they enjoy their childish dross, they keep doing it.

And the funny thing is, everything looked like a mirror hall. They know that there are others in the RP, but they only see them as an 'extras'

 

Almost everyone think that their character is the main protagonist, and ignoring everyone else. They hardly even trying to incorporate others' action. It was all like they're talking to themselves :/

Yeppers, And all of those RP's are designed around a single protagonist anyway.

 

I had one look at that place and decided that there is no freaking way I would make a RP here.

Can't fix the posters to fit my standards.

RP is one of my favorite things to do, but I haven't been able to in so long. Why is that, you ask? Because of all the people that like to Mary Sue, ignore other characters, never follow proper formatting, have little-to-no content to add, and all around do not know how to RP.

The series is still under copyright, so no free *legal* version available. But if you read ebooks: link! The link will let you at least read a few pages for free. Most libraries have it or can get it easily.

 

When I RP, I use a fictional character that I have crafted myself. Yet a person could claim that all fictional characters a person makes is some fragment of them self ...

If you enjoy original, creative, witty, fantasy adventure stories, then Incarnations of Immortality is as good as it gets.

 

Written during a time where books were made to share epic tales of adventure and not simply something to get popular by.
