"For a pony who likes to lash out at people by breaking their noses and for someone who stands up to crazy cultists, you're complaints amuse me," Acheron said to Diamond as he finished up eating the apples he had in his pack.

"Grow up then, expand your horizons beyond a petty teashop. The entire world isn't cozy and relaxable with music playing in the background, and it certainly isn't going to want to be sipping herbs boiled in water to solve their problems you know."

Diamond glared over at Acheron. "First of all, did I ask for your opinion? Second, I never said Everypony had to stop and drink herbs. I am saying that there are allot of ponies who are meant to fight and be adventurers...I'm not one of them. And hold on...did you just tell me to grow up? Look in the mirror Acheron, you steal other ponies knowledge because you're to lazy to get it on your own. You're the one who needs to grow up." She said, standing up straight.
She kept glaring at Acheron before she walked off away from the group.

"Yeah, Draco you still owe me one..dont forget." She said to Draco. Zefira was about to acknowledge Acheron but soon witnessed a back and forth between him and the Alicorn mare.

"I can see the dysfunction now. Anyways, I could list off my credentials and or my past contracts, but you seem like the 'seeing is believing' type. Why not test me out? And i don't mean in the bedroom." She teasingly said to Acheron.

"I can see it now..." Dimitri smiled as he ran water over his face. "A means to an end. An end that must be reached, because nothing else matters. No life on this planet besides her life matters..." Dimitri chuckled and twitched slightly. "This way of thinking....I could not have achieved this myself....unless I truly am insane." He began to quietly laugh. "I thank you though for finally helping me see this correct course of action and helping me realize the real me...." "Figured out that I'm not the real dark side of you already? How could you tell?" The voice questioned.

 

"Easy, you are too sane and kind." Dimitri began to laugh louder. "I am sure you are just some other part of me. So, are we going to get this done?" "You have no fucking idea who I am Dimitri. I am just like you in every way. You'll know of me me soon enough and have my aid, but for now.....kill your friends. They hinder you too much, and pose a threat to the one you love. Fucking kill them..."

"I attain much knowledge on my own through study and practice, but that doesn't mean I won't resort to Machiavellian tactics to get what I desire. Look in your own mirror Light Diamond, and what are you? An angry, grudge holding mare who is too afraid to move out of her comfort zone. But yes, I am in desperate need of growing up when I have been one of the few in this little group to actually try and move things forward. No matter, I have nothing to gain from arguing with you."

Acheron then turned towards Zefira, but this time with no trace of amusement. He was tired of being with the lot, and was in no mood to be kidding around anymore.

"Enough talk then, let's get going."

Diamond sighed and glanced back at Acheron. "I make tea. Stepping out of my comfort zone would be bungee jumping or something. Not holding the lives of everypony in my hooves. And I actually rarely hold a grudge...I am holding a grudge now because you stole the thing I worked my whole life on learning. I actually kinda liked you at the beginning of this trip, but now I realize your a snob who failed at everything so you figured the only way to get attention would be to use Dark Magic...well guess what, I look past that and still realize that you're a no good, rude, unkind pony who only care's about himself. Buck you, Acheron." She said, walking...away...she had no idea where, she just wanted to leave and be alone.

"Knowledge which I gave up because I actually wanted to work with you," Acheron retorted. "But it seems you look past that also. And wait, I fail at everything so I resorted to black magic? You're dumber than I figured. Look at my cutie mark, I was BORN to be a seeker of knowledge and a keeper of it, and am in continual search of more. I was destined to master the dark arts for a reason. Now take a look at your own mark. Lover of all? I can see you fail to live up to it, or is it just meant for ponies who please your views of what an oh so perfect pony is?"

"No. I love my friends, I stand up for them no matter what...but of course I am going to be pissed off if somepony comes along and takes what is mine. Like pretty much every other unicorn, I worked my whole life on learning magic...only to have you come along and take it in an instant? Of course I am going to be angry. Keeper of knowledge? You act like if you don't steel other ponies knowledge it's the end of the world. I have had enough of this. I will never forgive you for what you did. Yea, it goes against my cutie mark, but I think anypony can agree that you are just as bad as Greed...maybe if you talk to the Seneschals you can take Greed's place. You'd be really great at it." She glared at him before spreading her wings and flying up to a cloud quite a ways away.

Delia simply shook her head at the argument.

No time to kiss but apparently time to open up old wounds. She thought.

Delia made her way to Zefira bypassing Acheron and Draco.

"If we were to think this through, Draco...being a pegasus and all...he would find Dimitri quicker. He has a birds eye view. But if you are good at finding ponies maybe both of you should go. Draco might be too busy thinking of one of our 'hot flanks.'" She said

Zefira was about to set off. She did not care for the groups argument, only to prove herself to the stallion that was in the process of stealing her heart. She then heard Delia address her and halted.

"Knowing Draco he would. I guess it all depends on Draco then. Though, we are wasting time thinking about it...I already would have found this Dimitri character." She said, trying not to sound too boastful

Draco sighed as he gave Delia one last kiss and said "Good idea Delia Zefira you take to the trees I'll take to the skies. Diamond and Acheron enough. I'm sick and tired of this little bickering here," Draco said with an even tone. He stood up as he flared his wings to fly into the air. "Delia I leave Diamond in your whooves. Zefira let's go," Draco said as he flew into the air with a small jump.

Acheron rolled his eyes at Draco's comment over the bickering.

"It's funny considering this is what I tried to fix in our meeting during the train ride here."

Afterwards, Acheron called forth the three Greed wraiths.

"I'll cover the ground then, I'm more than capable of handling it."

Zefira nodded and in a flash she jumped to the nearest tree branch. She was somewhat serious but seeing as Acheron was below she was having some trouble focusing. Her movements were fast, but not as fast as they usually are. Zefira was moving so quick, the trees did not appear to shake from her landing on them. She could smell a faint smell in the distance, indicating to her that she was heading in the direction of Dimitri pony.

Delia nodded her head and watched as the three took off. Even though she was told to look after Diamond she felt like giving her some time to herself would be best. Delia was still feeling a little frustrated that her kiss with Draco ended so soon. She sat down and picked up the book Zefira showed her. 

"well, as long as I have some free time." She said out loud. Delia then sighed and laid on her back making herself comfortable.

"Pet wraiths, you all remember Dimitri right? Robust, red stallion with a large beard?"

The three Seneschal wraiths nodded their heads, remembering the fight where they had been summoned by Acheron to keep Dimitri distracted.

"The fool has gone and run off, meaning we now have to find him. I want you to track him down, but do not engage him as I feel he is not going to be very forthcoming when we see him again. Spread out, then return to me when you spot him."

The wraiths bowed and then reared up as they prepared to gallop off in search of Dimitri. Acheron caught sight of Zefira jumping from branch to branch and couldn't help but smirk when he saw that she sometimes landed clumsily on a few.

Zefira watched as three shadowy figres spread out. She looked down at Acheron and decided to tease him a little.

"Hey, you keeping up pretty boy?!" She yelled down. As she did she missed a footing and fell out from the trees landing in front of Acheron.

Delia soon finished what she was going in a pant. She cleaned up her mess and set the book aside. She noticed that Draco left his radio behind and decided to turn it on.

I might get some news or maybe a comedy drama i hear so much about. She thought.

She switched on the radio and listened.

 A song started playing as the voice on the radio said it was dedicated to Draco from his sister.

Draco laughed slightly at Zefira "Show you to get distracted while running through the trees," Draco said as he weaved through the trees. It was hard because of his large wingspan. He thought to himself "Sometimes I hate large wings. Sure I can speed up well but when it comes to take off I'm slow. That's why I left the Wonderbolt academy behind,"

"Yes, but are you focusing?"

Acheron let out a slight chuckle and considered just leaving Zefira there, but he decided to help her up anyway.

"You might want to try landing better next time. From a higher height, a few bones might have been injured..."

Acheron's ears then twitched as he heard the faint sound of music. Creepy music.

"Ok, who's playing that?"

Dimitri looked at the sky. "I will find her....I just need to think and concentrate harder than ever..." Dimitri whispered to himself. "No, first you kill your former allies! Once they're all fucking dead you can collect the artifacts. Maybe keep that Draco alive...torture him until he tells you whatever he knows...that would teach the bastard..." The voice snarled a laugh, as it offered Dimitri a different action.

 

"Use your full power for once, and you will see how easily they will fall. Crush them, burn them, and break every bone in their bodies. Make sure you keep them all alive as long as possible. Maybe you can extract the fucking knowledge from Acheron's mind...teach him too..."

Zefira smiled awkwardly.

"Um that was a test to see if you would catch me. Even though you didn't technically pass, I'll still give you that one." She said.

She brushed her tail against his chin and took off to the trees once more. She caught up with Draco and decided to give him a hard time.

"Yes, yes says the bisexual pony who would get drunk off her flank and hump a plant. Oh yes I've heard the stories. Zefira the group says I'm lustful hardly I'm just honest with who I am. You well you humped a plant," Draco said as he flew higher. He laughed to himself. Oh yes he heard those rumors. Either he knew they were true or not well let's leave that up to fate.

Acheron let out a slight sound of confusion as Zefira brushed her tail against his chin. He felt his face get hot for a while, but assumed a serious expression shortly afterwards.

"Did that really just hapoen? Wow, that's new."

Acheron tapped into his connection with the wraiths to see what they had found so far. Nothing set yet, but the unicorn could tell they were feeling an enormous amount of negative energy.

"That's your lead," he told them. "Follow it."

Zefira wasnt sure how to take that comment. Although it was true she wished Draco hadn't brought it up. 

"Sh-Shut up Draco...you would too if you were as drunk as I." She said with a little redness in her cheeks. She sniffed the air, catching several scents coming from the direction she was headed.

"Hey, what does this Dimitri smell like?"

Acheron's eyes widened with confusion as he heard Draco's comment.

"Now that's just rather strange... disturbing even?", he said raising an eyebrow.

He then heard Zefira's question.

"I don't knowx but what does enraged smell like?"

The wraiths began to draw nearer to Dimitri's current area, Acheron could feel it.

Diamond wrapped her wings around herself and lay down on the cloud.
She stared up at the sky before she began to cry. *What the buck am I doing here? Why did I agree to this?* She thought, hugging her back legs she sobbed and closed her eyes, hoping she could some how just appear back home.

"Oh I wouldn't hump a tree. Maybe a willing mare but never a tree. You take the cake when you did that I applaud you," Draco said with a chortle. He was laughing then wham he hit the tree face first. "Ow," he said with a whimper. The hit was rather hard. He thought to himself "Yah good going you damn hypocrite,"

"It looks like the tree, just screwed you," Acheron said with a teasing grin. He was beginning to enjoy himself among the ponies, despite his dispositions towards them throughout the entire journey. Perhaps he could get along with them, maybe even make lasting friendships...
