Cawana turned down her music and could tell her fellow housemates were out socializing with each other. She decided to put her shades back on and walk into the kitchen. "Whats good everypony!? Im going to be making food if you ladies need me!" She said 

 

When electro Dash walked into the room he mind was blown. She wasn't sure if she should comment on how there were too many plants or be amazed as to how she could grow plants in her draws. where her pants should be kept. "umm. I... Wow. How do you grow plants in a draw? Where do you put your cloths?"

 

Arrow raised an eyebrow. "I...I don't own any clothes...should I ?" She asked, blushing and shuffling her hooves.

A few moments later she heard Cawana speak. "Okay...we'll be looking at plants." She called back before trotting farther into her room. She grabbed a small flower in a flower pot sitting below her bed and walked back over to Electro Dash. "This is called a fire rose...they feed of fire so I actually have to light it on fire once every few days or so...I do it outside of course. Touch it...its what keeps me warm at night." She said, smiling happily at the bright red and orange flower.

"I can't believe that I can live by myself and it seams to be a nice apartment to live in its not to bad at all" Luna said as she lied down and fell asleep.

 

~ A Few Months Later~

 

As Luna was walking around her apartment she decided to play her clarinet and practice for any sing up contests that might be coming up soon. "Ok what song should I play, oh I know I should play Lonely Bird" Luna said and then started playing the song.

Arrow raised an eyebrow. "I...I don't own any clothes...should I ?" She asked, blushing and shuffling her hooves.

A few moments later she heard Cawana speak. "Okay...we'll be looking at plants." She called back before trotting farther into her room. Missy lay on her bed, she was thinking about her friends back in Ponyville, how they had all moved on, maybe Missy needed to as well, find herself a marefriend. It was the first time she had thought of this prospect. It scared her.

She decided she would try and get to know Cawana. She seemed nice enough.

Missy left her room and trotted happily over to her. "Hi" Missy said.

Electro Dash poked the flower tentatively with her hoof, and then let out a squeak. "How is that possible? How do you do that?!" she squeaked. "That is amazing! That is sooo amazing! How do you get one? Are they rare? could I have o... Oh just ignore that last one I'm terrible with plants!" 

 

"They grow in the dragon kingdoms...and they're really easy to take care of...here, you can have this one. I have another two back at my garden so I will just bring one of them back here." She said, smiling and holding out the flower for Electro Dash. "Every two days take it outside and set it on fire...it may look like its going to burn up but after a few minutes the fire goes away and it's good to go." She said.

Cawana was bobbing her head up and down as she was cooking a recipe she found in a cookbook  She noticed a pony talk to her. "What's up? You are Milly right? Or is it Missy?" She said with her shades still on. "Oh, sorry for the bobbing my head, but the music is flowing through me right now."

Arrow laughed as Electro Dash ran off to her room. When she came back Arrow smiled and said. "I'm happy you like it." She glanced around her room then back at the dresser full of plants. "Sooo...why do I need clothes so badly ? Arrow shuffled her hooves. "Well I...I don't really own any." She said, turning a bright shade of pink. "I'm never usually around other ponies...so I guess I just never really thought about it..." She said, glancing back over at the dresser full of soil and flowers.

Cawana tilted her head in confusion. "Eh, I'm kinda cooking right now" She said as she looked at Milly. "Then again, i wasnt really a good cook. Sure, let's go do something. What did you have in mind?"  Cawana looked at the book Milly was holding up read the title. She bobbed her head and smiled.

After waking up early in the morning and going out to finish all of her chores Earth Miracle was walking back to her home, it has been some months since she arrived to Appleoosa and for the white mare things could not been better. She got lucky to find a place to stay for her time in the town and even more to find a friendly and happy bunch living there. Now with after visiting the post office with a big package at her back, some mail from her brother at Ponyville and a bushel filled with fresh strawberries in her saddlebag for her friends the pegasus was trotting back home. 

 

She opened the door while saying with a kind of loud voice "Any pony home?" she left the strawberries on a table side of the kitchen entrance to go straight to the common living room at the house to unwrap her just arrived gift. The brown paper and the post stamps over turned quickly into a big ball of trash that Emi threw straight to the trash can scoring 3 points, it didn't matter though ant her hooves now she was holding a brand new and custom electric guitar that the mare couldn't wait to try.

"OK!" Electro Dash said trotting along merrily to the sofa. "I don't think people would say anything bad about you. It's not as if your'e a freaky fish monster or anything, otherwise they won't be mean! Or at least, they shouldn't be mean. Nopony ever insulted me when I had nothing to wear."

Arrow kept a smile on her face as Electro Dash said something about a fish monster. Arrow may not be a fish...but to other ponies, she had been called a monster many many times. She opened her mouth as if to reply but she was cut off as Somepony called from the door and walked into the living room moments later. It was Earth Miracle...who Arrow had always kind of admired...nothing to serious but she was quite a pretty mare. "Hello Earth Miracle...how are you ?" She asked, in a friendly voice.

Star Notes stopped humming to herself and knew what she'll do to pass the time. She stood up, and walked towards the apartments.

As she entered the living room, where all the residents could talk and hang around, she noticed a mare with a purple mane. 'I believe her name is Earth Miracle' she thought to herself. "Hello, Earth Miracle." Star said in a happy voice. As she said that, she saw who she believed was Arrowleaf, "And hello to you too Arrowleaf." Star said once again in a happy voice.

"YO!~ What it do you two?" Cawana said as she looked at the pony holding the guitar. Another musically inclined pony? me gusta she thought as she smiled. "Me and Milly were talking about going out, you guys want in on this action?"

"Oh girls you know you can call me Emi, just as everypony, do"  she said to the green mare as she examined her new guitar. "And im doing just great, I finally got this baby from the Canterlot Royal Institute of Arts, can you believed they would give such a great parting gift, sure it take some time for them to deliver but sweet sun in the sky they sure know hot to make you feel appreciated" a couple of years ago Emi won a patronage to refine her skills at the prestigious CRIA and after finishing her tutelage there she got her first job as a performer in Appleoosa this was her "graduation gift" as the Institute gave each one of its graduates a custom instrument, one to fit the best with the graduate skills.

 

"Also I got some mail and I brought some fresh strawberries for everypony so feel free to grab some if you want" the alabaster pegasus said with a huge grin, for some time now she felt kind of close to Arrow Leaf as she felt well related to her in many ways, given her nature. 

 

 

 

"Me and Milly were talking about going out, you guys want in on this action?"

 

"Well to say the truth I was thinking of staying at home and give this bad girl a good gig in my room but... what do you have in mind" the week was hard on the rose eyed pony and she wanted to relax a bit so maybe if the plan was good she would have a girls night out with the fillies.

Arrow smiled as Emi announced she had brought back some Strawberries. "Oh goody. If you guys want...I can make us some strawberry cobbler...or maybe strawberry pie. Either one would be delicious so its up to you guys." She said, smiling before looking at Cawana. "And as for dinner...Electro Dash was telling me that most ponies wear clothes when going out...and I don't have clothes..."

Arrow giggled at Cawana's comment about clothes before saying, "Yes I am Arrowleaf. And they are indeed desserts, and they are both quite easy to make if you're interested in learning. I have been making these for...a very very long time...so I have memorized the whole recipe." She said, proudly.

"Hi there Luna glad to see you were girding I would love to have a gig soon with you" Emi said to her fellow musician, she has been having this idea in her mind, sadly rock was kind of unpopular by this time at Appleoosa and not many ponies were up to climb with her on the stage, and last time she performed all alone well... things got weird the croup wasn't able to get the "concept" behind her show "The girls say they want to hang out, do you want to go with them, there is no real plan still so maybe you have a good idea to have fun out there"
