I am not going to give a really detailed synopsis as I still have a lot to work out. But I will give you some character information. My hero is 20 years old. He was an ordinary man with no meaning in his life. No girlfriend, not making enough money, has a terrible attitude. He is one day caught in the radius of a comet impact. He was left in the crater as he was rushed to an ambulance where he spent a month in a coma. He leaves and discovers he now has super human powers. He can shoot an harness the power of lightning, run at godly speeds, can fly at godly speeds, he can regenerate his skin when damaged. He can dry the nervous system of any human. 
My villain on the other hand has no powers. She is a scientist, really an bio engineer who has na IQ of 300. She is renowned and looked up to as a hero. She has one flaw. She hates men. She imagines a world without them. She found a way to cross breed human egg cells and she deems men biologically obsolete. Her greatest creation is literally turning men into women. It's a nanotechnology that she developed out of her philosophy of transhumanism. She introduced it to the public to the transgender community so they can become real women instead of settling for a sex change. The man steps into the pod and his DNA, chromosomes, organs and brain chemistry are altered within seconds. She was awarded the piece prize for her success. But had intentions of betraying her country and the world. So it seems out there. But I never seen this done before and want to try it

Well I was going to keep the villain. I always wanted to be female in ym life. But I don't want a sex change. So I might make a villain to reflect that


I was going to turn my main character into a woman. Because he does get defeated at one point and becomes the villains slave. But he is rescued by his friends and his female self splits from him becoming her own entity and after that saga her sole purpose is to kill the hero because she believes she is the real version

I know 300 isn't a real IQ. But I was inspired by Dr Eggman from the sonic series. I haven't seen this done before.So I will tyr it I don't care what people think. There are other villains who have real powers and are more of a threat. But this villain is my heroes nemesis

 

Another villain is a puppet mistress who can turn people into dolls and steal their souls she is 3000 years old and is also a vampire with magical abilities 

I want to make this for children and young adults. Yeah I know the plot is that of a saturday morning cartoon, but that's what I want. I grew up with 80s 90s and early 00s cartoons. I was bred on that stuff. Kids today are missing out on great cartoons and I want to bring that back
