I highly doubt the guards will be kind... They were the prime victims of the assault.

 

However i try to view this i can't get my mind of the fact that this is a practical surrender of the changelings to the ponies.

 

It gets worse when i view the ponies as the America of Equestria holding everyone together in peace through the power of the elements and Alicorn power.

 

Also assuming the judge will be Celestia or even a pony isn't it a bit flawed already as the accusor is the judge? I guess if there was like a commitee or something of ponies AND changelings that would help. It would also help if it took place in neutral ground and not in Canterlot as i believe you want it. Canterlot afterall is a point of power of the ponies and it adds to the Americanization of the ponies.

 

I am trying to view this a bit neutraly... From one side i don't want to seem like i am whinning or anything, or the fact that i kinda support the changelings. So i guess we'all taste the consequences of our choices. So i guess i will roll with it but don't expect me jumping from joy about it.

 

Speaking of this whole thing do you expect the only changelings at the trial be the Queen, Cicada, and Diliges? I for one think that the Queen might call the entire of the army and/or nation to witness this.

 

I know you say it might be only a slap on the wrist but still... The Queen might understand but others might not.

Well, the ones I'd play would be pretty fair to 'er, though they won't be too happy about it! Can't really say for the others who'll play them, though.

 

Pretty much, but like I said, the queen will be reinstalled on her throne after sentencing. She'll pretty much come away with a slap on the hoof, then be sent back home to avoid a succession crisis.

 

America and Equestria are two different countries, bit the judicial system is more than likely be based off of the ideal of the American justice system, since o don't know how it works in other countries. There will be a judge and jury, and it more than.likely won't be Celestia, as she's a witness. Any judge who's a witness to a crime cannot preside, to maintain the rights to a fair trial for the queen.

 

It's more than likely going to be just Ponies, maybe a few other Equestrian residents, but no Changelings, as the other Equestrians won't trust them enough. However, I so like the idea of neutral ground, and the queen can hire a Changeling attorney.

Yes, I did! It'll be nice to have an equal number of male and female humans, as well as a more feminine woman amongst the group, to better appreciate the finer things Equestria has to offer. That, and a girl who isn't a gamer and a horror hound would be a nice part of the group!

I have an idea that will involve Colette getting in contact with her friends whilst she's in Equestria, and maybe do somehting really stupid like play a video game with them like Prop Hunt, Trouble In Terrorist Town or Stop It, Slender!

 

But first, I have an idea that'll involve her Brony classmates. Maybe Chole can assist Colette in wearing something less Punkish and more ladylike to Equestria, Harry and Bowen can assist her with learning Brony songs and Equestrian Standards on guitar, and Colette can trick Catherine into playing a scary game!

 

Okay, ignore that last part, but whaddya you guys think?

Sorry, got caught up in Shadow Wolf's return in the sequel!

America's not a monarchy. It's a democracy, but that's neither here nor there! The point is, it won't be any of the Princesses will be presiding over the Queen's trial.

And for the sake of convenience, I'll keep Chrysalis' trial for her attack on Canterlot short, where she'll more than likely have to pay restitution for damages. That way, we can bring the humans back in sooner!

It could be anypony she wants! Can be an OC (who knows what they're doing!), or it can could be one pof your characters, as the position of Chrssy's lawyer will be temporary.

I don't know much about the judicial system, either, so I'm gonna wing it!

Kumbaya means unity and harmony, but I used it sarcastically, as I don't want the Ponies and Changelings to be all buddy-buddy right away!

Scot-free means without punishment or injury. I'm more concerned with the latter.

And yes, I mean the Pony Finders and company.

And a note to anyone in the RP: If any one of you knows anyone who can play Shining Armor or Cadence, lemme know. They won't be utilized as much, but I'd like someone who has good grammar and experience with Rping.

So...apparently I've missed most of this. I love the idea of humans spontaneously getting cutie marks whilst in Equestria, as well as participating in musicals. My characters will be playing ignorant of the plot they're walking into, I suppose....but one thing. Just what humans will be turning into ponies, and who's human? I could not figure that out from reading up.

In the sequel, I'll be basically keeping the same characters, cept that Hypn0ticD will play Rarity and instead, I'll be playing a pony OC of mine. I think that we could do with more pony OCs to head to the human world, cuz altho it started with OCs, it ended up as all mane six. I would have joined with a pony OC of mine at the first, but I was still finding my hooves with my OCs back then...

Ninja'd by Shadow and Pripyat! But yeah, Catherine's the only Brony who's gonna remain human in the sequel. Colette, Stephen and Logan are the other three that're gonna remain human, so they're gonna attract the most attention! Everyone else is gonna get Ponified, as it's by choice.

Either in a misguided idea of helping (as in assuming that Catherine wants to be a pony cuz of being one of few humans in Equestria, but not asking her first) or possibly, out of nastiness (Diego likes to prank, partly to amuse himself and partly out of spite cuz of being disliked by other ponies) Diego could use his chaos magic to change Catherine. XD
