@@Pripyat Pony, I am kind of interested to see what will happen if the agents go after Cicada, Diliges, or the Queen herlself. Boy oh boy... they're gonna be trying to swallow a large bite than they can handle. I am picturing a moment kind of like this... Chrysalis notices the stalkers, turns into shadowy alley, stalkers follow, shapeshifts into giant black boxer and wrecks a punch... or just walks away like nothing happenned!!! Shapeshifting OP!!! Okay imma stop now...

I'd like to say I thought about that when naming him, but I actually just named him because Ulysses sounded like a cool name for a German Sheperd.

 

Also, looked up the meaning of Ulysses. Turns out it means 'to be angry, or to hate'.

Kinda funny, considering Ulysses' generally happy disposition.

 

Again, really looking forward to the agent subplot. Give me an excuse to excersise the darker side of my imagination.

Carefull what you ask for... i might just be able to do the same. Anyways... if you google Ulysses http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ulysses Wikipedia says Ulysses is derived from Ulixes, the Latin name for Odysseus, a character in ancient Greek literature.

Changelings, if your changelings want to 'taste' the emotions of some of the ponies, you shouldn't hesitate using private message or OOC to request that pony's player and ask how they're feeling. Because that's information the changelings should know in the RP.

 

Let's just have all the manure hit the fan at once, why don't we? Dennis, show up and propose, CIA-Halo agents go bustin' down the scene just as AJ's about to square off with a changeling...seems legit.

So, everyone, right now, I feel as if Jack does not have very much to do with the roleplay. Basically, he seems to be off in a world of his own. I see everyone else having constant replies to each other and all, while Jack really isn't all that involved. What do you guys think I should do to add more to the RP? I'm honestly considering leaving since he does so little for the RP. I mean, I like the character I created, but he just does so little for the story and its subplots, like I said already.

I just had my character Colette call Nios' character to get Dennis to finally come over so Jack can take te others to his race. I also think the agents should follow the Pony party and start tailing everyone in ernest, Jack included.

Jack, and especially Twilight for that matter could interact with the others more, and put a little less focus on his race during his down time.

Or, just thought this up-- Jack could have a televised interview, where he can tell the entire racing world he knows the Pony Finders, confirming the Ponies' existence to mainstream media.

While it may make it more difficult, it won't stop the agents from tracking the Ponies and their finders.

So basically, with Jack involved, the Pony Snatchers (that's what I'll call them for now) will have a bit of a quagmire, since they know that if the so much touch Jack, they'll have a mob of angry rednecks ready to roast them, basically? After the test and the race, Jack will stop racing for the time being, but I don't wanna spoil much as to what happens to him.

I concur! It's all up to you! How do you think I got involved in subplots? You gotta' make one! Even more importantly, you gotta' get involved with the other characters. You gotta' start conversations with em--at every opportunity! And before you know you'll be in the thick of it.

Okay... i am officially scared. Someone actually dying... that would be bad. Near-death okay... but ACTUALLY dead... that's not good. Nobody wants their OC dead...

So, guys, I'll be busy for the next few hours racing in the iRacing 120 Minutes of Thunder. In other words, I won't be able to roleplay until it's over (around 8:30ish it will probably end). I know there's quite a bit going on in the RP, but 2 hours shouldn't exactly be too bad. Wish me luck!

Yeah, for sure. I have a tendency to react emotionally almost like someone actually died if my character dies in a story or roleplay.
