I'll get to posting to posting as Abernathy in a moment, but I wanted to say a few things first…

 

First off, after all this time, William still doesn't buy into the fact that the Ponies are who they say they are, so feel free to have them prove it by showing off their latent abilities once they meet him again…

 

If it makes you feel any better Nios, I've run into the same streak of luck… I tried running this RP on another site, but I gave up after too many people dropped out, and most of the ones who were left just focused on falling in love and hooking up, and not finding other Equestrians… needless to say, the RP didn't get very far!

 

Finally, another idea for when all of the Equestrians are all together -- Queen Chrysalis and Night Star included!

 

How about another Pinkie Party? This one will be significantly smaller in size, but will be a bittersweet bash, as that the time has come to say goodbye…

 

Despite this, Colette can perhaps get a chance to troll Cat by tricking her onto playing SCP Containment Breach. Anyone or Pony can also join in on the nightmares! Colette will also show off how many ways one can die in that game!

 

This will also be an opportunity to have Colette and her band FINALLY get a chance to play again!

 

And yes, Red, Jack can be discharged from the hospital in time for the festivities!

Basically the chances of getting a good, lasting RP are either hit or miss. I've been in a few that last almost a year or so, and several that've gone for over a year (one that's still going through private messages). If you put yourself out into several RPs, you're bound to run into one that lasts a while. If not, you'll most likely at least get together a few good people and start role playing as a group. Also, RPs don't have to be posted to everyday or even every week to continue. I've had several that were considered "dead" for several months, but picked back up later on.

 

Sorry for rambling. Just a bit of advice/tips

So I was reading up on a few more SCPs and one that stood out to me the most was 1548 (a pulsar with the intentions of destroying humanity). So many things are so wrong about this one that I had to point it out. By my calculations, given the speed at which it's heading towards us and the predicted impact time, this thing is 7,644,603 light years away. Note that humans didn't anatomically come into existence till about 200,000 years ago, our modern behaviour is only 50,000 years old, and Morse code (which it apparently used to send threatening messages) was only invented 178 years ago.
