Soundgarden 2,758 May 25, 2013 Share May 25, 2013 Alright, we need more Future Garage up there, so I'll nominate "Clubroot (III-MMXII)" by Clubroot. Not as good as his 2 first albums, but without a doubt a great album
-Nobody- 534 May 25, 2013 Share May 25, 2013 Whoa, that was a bit unexpected. Those two are both on the list. I'm going to nominate World Downfall by Terrorizer, this list needs more grindcore. They are? I must have missed The Black Parade on there.Anyway, I guess I'll nominate Megadeth's Endgame album. My favorite Megadeth album. I'm just nobody at all... Treeboy 418 May 25, 2013 Share May 25, 2013 Next nomination for me will be "Frozen Corpse Stuffed With Dope." An uncompromisingly crushing and never-ending nightmare of drum-machine-laden grind miniatures. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-hVHX2hg6Z4 I've got a story that money just can't buy. Le Kvlt Dawn 2,368 May 25, 2013 Author Share May 25, 2013 (edited) I'm going to moninate Strangeways, Here We Come by The Smiths. Now I have all of The Smiths' studio albums on there. Doesn't anypony else on here like The Smiths? Everyone on here prefers The Cure. I still like The Cure though. Kazuki Fuse 534 May 26, 2013 Share May 26, 2013 In that case, I'll nominate (or whatever I'm supposed to do) 10 songs by i hate myself. So emotional ;-; I'll also put up one of the best lolicore albums ever, my love feels all wrong. This may just be the best post in this thread. No other nominations will even come close, but good luck trying anyways. Step the fuck up. Eh? Nandatte?
Soundgarden 2,758 May 26, 2013 Share May 26, 2013 We have nominated over a hundred albums and there's no 2562 yet? Wut? I'll be the first one to nominate one of his albums then: "Unbalance"

Le Kvlt Dawn 2,368 May 26, 2013 Author Share May 26, 2013 Conspiracy of One - by The Offspring!!! or RHCP- stadium arcadium jupiter You can only choose one, since you posted The Offspring first I'll add that one. I just noticed that Unknown Pleasures isn't on here, I'll do something about that.
Pony Joe 583 May 27, 2013 Share May 27, 2013 I have another one to nominate: Costello Music by The Fratellis. Every song is absolutely bursting with energy, and would easily be worthy of its own music video. Quick question, though: will there be any kind of contest to rank the nominated songs, or will this just end up being a list of albums that MLPForums users like? That's really all there is to say on the matter.
Dark Moon 966 May 27, 2013 Share May 27, 2013 Well I haven't posted anything in a while so I guess I should. I'm very happy and proud that Locked nominated The Wall for me. I was going to flip if no one had nominated it. Anyways my next nomination goes out to Animals by Pink Floyd, their third concept album based off of Animal Farm. Third Favorite album by them. While is doesn't have any recognizable hits on it to any non Pink Floyd fans, it is still a solid album and I love every song on it.
Soundgarden 2,758 May 27, 2013 Share May 27, 2013 Hmm, let's get some Dark Ambient on the list I'll nominate "2146" by Sabled Sun, one of my favorite Dark Ambient albums of all time I have another one to nominate: Costello Music by The Fratellis. Every song is absolutely bursting with energy, and would easily be worthy of its own music video. Quick question, though: will there be any kind of contest to rank the nominated songs, or will this just end up being a list of albums that MLPForums users like? That album is already nominated... by me :3 And no, there will be no contest. Mainly because that would be a major pain in the ass, and it would be a bit unfair for those people who like underground stuff

Mainly because that would be a major pain in the ass, and it would be a bit unfair for those people who like underground stuff Oh, sorry! I ctrl+F'd, but still somehow missed it! Anyway, I suppose it's true that only the most popular albums would end up on top if we turned this into a numbered list, but I really don't see the problem with that. I mean, isn't this supposed to be MLPForums' list of the "greatest albums of all time?" If anyone can add any old album to the list, I think it sort of defeats that purpose, since there's no way of verifying that every album is at least somewhat decent. To prove this point, I hereby nominate Veggie Rocks! by Bob the Tomato and Larry the Cucumber. It is now on equal footing with The Dark Side of the Moon. You don't really have to add that one if you don't want to. I apologize if I sound douchey in any way! I'm only trying to make the list more valuable. Use the search feature instead, ctr+f doesn't let you see words from the entire thread, only the page you currently are on. Anyways, I'll nominate "Vocalcity" by Loumo. A really good Deep House album

I ctrl+F'd on the list, not the thread. I also nominate Aim and Ignite by fun. Speaking of which, is there any way to stylize "fun." and have it appear grammatically correct without placing it at the end of a sentence? Le Kvlt Dawn 2,368 May 27, 2013 Author Share May 27, 2013 Hey could you guys, chill out for a second I'm trying update the list and what not. I haven't nominated any metal in a while so I'll nominate Heartwork by Carcass.
Soundgarden 2,758 May 27, 2013 Share May 27, 2013 I'll nominate "The Fear EP" by Biome. EP's counts, right? I ctrl+F'd on the list, not the thread. I also nominate Aim and Ignite by fun. Speaking of which, is there any way to stylize "fun." and have it appear grammatically correct without placing it at the end of a sentence? There are 2 pages on the list, so chances are that you only ctrl+f'd the first page, but Costello's music is at the second. That second statement blew my mind... Well, I might as well leave it in (TWSS) since that way Soundgarden doesn't have two nominations in a row.
