Meanwhile, Johnny took out his own guitar while waiting for a response from the two boys. He quickly strummed a d chord because it is the best chord. He didn't know much about math, but music was his forte.

Logan had remained silent for most of the conversation and walk. He never was one to talk much without being spoken to directly. When they entered a line, he took his wallet from his pocket, removing a fifty before returning the square of leather to its place. He placed a hand briefly on Twilight's shoulder, whispering so as not to disrupt her phone conversation, "If you want to get any food here, I'll pay your way."

 

He stepped back slightly, glancing around for his dog. The canine was hovering around the edge o the group, nearer the other Equestrians. Logan gave a low whistle, gaining the Shepherd's attention. Ulysses trots back to his normal place beside Logan's leg, reassuming his 'I'm on duty' demeanor.

 

 

 

 

After helping Dennis to his feet, Bowen searches through his pack until he finds father travel pack of tissues he carried. He hands them to Dennis, "Here. I'm Bowen Connery."

He glances at Dennis's shirt, "Fan of the shirt, by the way."

 

Bowen turns his attention partially over to Colette and her friends again, chuckling at their behavior with the guitars. His mother played the acoustic guitar, and had a good voice. Growing up around her he'd developed an ear for music, despite not playing any instruments, and not singing himself.

Charles trying think of a name he call her, then he got one and looking at Dale. "Oh Here full name is Diamond "Rarity" Gemstone." Charles saying as he drinking his pop, while trying think of that name and it only fits Rarity there since she do love Diamonds. Then he was looking at Rarity and hope she like that name.

"Diamond Gemstone," Dale responded, chugging down the pop and his hot dog in a matter of seconds, "Interesting name."

Rainbow covered her mouth with a hand, stifling a snicker. "Oh, this is great. This is awesome. you have no idea, do you? Twilight, in the movie, you get a crush on somepony! I did like him, so it was a disappointment, but not unexpected. After all, it was a difficult situation. Your brother is weird."

 

She thought of Diliges, a little guiltily. After all, she had sent a message to her queen about her whereabouts, so why not Diliges? She tuned into the Hive Mind and sent a message to her fellow changeling at once.

 

"Hi, sorry for not getting in contact before, but I've had rather a lot of trouble. The human, Murray, who took me in before decided against helping me any more. But I've found another human to help; here's my new address."

 

She then repeated the address she had sent to Chrysalis before.

Harry looked with interest at the guitars. "I've got a guitar at home," she said to Colette. "I play guitar quite well. My guitar is a Les Paul; my father gave it to me. It used to be his, so it's a bit old and battered but still sounds pretty good. I take great care of it."

Clicking on one, a Youtube video, he watched as a young boy's short video about finding a Pony named Pinkie Pie... It was disappointing not to see Pinkie, so he could be just trolling... Still, he decided to comment. To hell with all the trolling he was surely going to recieve:

"I truly hope you all looked over your notes, but I will make this exam open note," she said as she walked up and down the rows, handing out the exams to each student, stopping at Chloe's desk, handing her an exam. "Do NOT let me catch you cheating. It'll mean an automatic zero." She then proceeded forward, handing out the remaining exams. "This exam's a bit shorter than what you're used to, but there's as bit of a surprise on the last page~!" Mrs. Dean smirked at the chorus of groans. "Well, if you did your homework, you'll have nothing to worry about! You may now begin!"

The crew wheeled the car out of the garage area, and down to the pits, where Jack saw his group again.

Fluttershy looked away briefly and nodded. It was easier than saying no, and besides, he was still...nice. She didn't want to be mean. She never did...that was what made things turn out not-so-well-sometimes. After last time, she'd tried going to Iron Mane's school for assertiveness, but that hand't helped either. So she'd resigned herself to being...well, Flutterhsy.

Except now she was Caitlyn. She had to remember that. Fluttershy kept her head up and started down the next street to the apartment, stopping briefly under a telephone pole she knew where a pair of magpies would dare to sing above the honk of traffic and smile. It had been on the way back from the pet shop, too, and it always made her smile, no matter what mood she was in.

"So, um...' Fluttershy coughed demurely. "Do you like this...cartoon too? W-what do you like about it?"

"I truly hope you all looked over your notes, but I will make this exam open note," she said as she walked up and down the rows, handing out the exams to each student, stopping at Chloe's desk, handing her an exam. "Do NOT let me catch you cheating. It'll mean an automatic zero." She then proceeded forward, handing out the remaining exams. "This exam's a bit shorter than what you're used to, but there's as bit of a surprise on the last page~!" Mrs. Dean smirked at the chorus of groans. "Well, if you did your homework, you'll have nothing to worry about! You may now begin!"

Chloe looked up at Mrs. Dean as she passed. "Oh, Mrs. D, you're acting as if I'd be one to cheat." She smiled up at her, then took her test and started flying through it, glancing over every once in a while to review the formulas. When she turned to the last page, she saw the surprise questions and her eyes went wide. She started glancing around to see if anyone else had gotten to that page yet. She wracked her brain for any kind of memory of the homework.

 

Nothing.

 

Jesus fucking Christ! Was this the homework from one of the nights I was at a party or something? Chloe then thought about looking over at Colette's exam. Let's see... There's three possibilities here. A: I turn it in and get like a high C or a low B. 2: I could look at Colette's exam and have the possibility of getting somewhere between a C and an A. And third, I could try to cheat and Mrs. D would catch me, which would mean I get a zero. There's too much at stake this time, I can't cheat. Her eyes then started to wander over to Colette's paper. Don't do it, Chloe. You can't afford to get a zero. Just get up and turn in your paper. But her eyes continued to drift and her legs stayed put. Come on, girl! Did those two years of Marine Corps JROTC teach you nothing about self-discipline? Get up! Her eyes left their course of cheating and she got up and gathered her papers, then walked up to Mrs. Dean's desk and turned it in. She was first, which wasn't uncommon for her. She smiled at Mrs. Dean and wished her a good summer, then went back to her desk and breathed a sigh of relief. Her exams were over and so was her junior year

"Wish me luck," Jack said to Catherine as he got up to head to the driver's meeting, giving her a kiss. With that, the drivers headed to the driver's briefing, and then back to the garage area where the teams made final preparations to the car.

"Alright kid," Ray Evernham, Jack's crew chief said to him, "You had the fastest car in practice, so I know you have the ability to get a W today. Just take it easy, run fast, smooth consistent laps, and have fun!"

The crew wheeled the car out of the garage area, and down to the pits, where Jack saw his group again.

"How do you like the ride?" he called out to them.

"Looks mighty fine!" she called, winking and tipping her hat at Jack in his car. She moved back and stood beside Logan, smiling as she watched the drivers. She leaned over to Logan. "So, do a lotta humans watch this kinda thing?" she asked, wondering what other things humans do for fun.

Diliges nods to Clare, before responding to Cicada, "I am in a place known as Wisconsin. I think. But aside from the fact I am in a rather spacious home, and the human who discovered me is surprisingly kind, there is not much else to have happened. When the exams began, all Bowen was able to do, was sigh. Again, whether he passed or failed didn't matter to him at the moment. Merely getting through the exams.

The first half of it was fairly easy, though that was most likely because of the notes. The last bit... Was a little tougher. Alright, a good deal tougher. But hey, he managed to get through it, somehow.

Glancing up, Bowen noticed he was not one of the first to pass it in. That was alright by him. Standing, he gathered his papers and made his way silently up to Mrs. Dean's desk, laying his papers face down before giving her a nod and returning to his desk, breathing a small sigh as he did.

Logan shot him a thumbs up, "It looks great!" He called back.

This was certainly an oddity for Logan. He was never a man of many words, and would usually just respond to something with a grunt, or a nod unless it was Angie or Sam. He'd grown up with those two, so naturally he was more comfortable around them. Perhaps this whole experience with the... Equestrians.. Was good for him.  He glanced over at Twilight, Rarity, and Applejack, letting a small smile appear on his face as he looked back to the car.

 

Applejack had moved back and stood by him, he noted out of his peripheral vision. He nodded in response to her question, and was about to respond vocally when Angie gave a shrill whistle, and shouted something along the lines of 'kick ass!' to Jack and his crew.

Logan gave a small sigh, before nodding again, "Yeah, a decent number of them do. There'll probably be plenty of them in the stands here today, and a good number watching back home."

He glances down at his dog, who's tail was wagging slightly, despite being in his 'on duty' attitude. Logan chuckles, scratching the thick fur around the dog's ears, causing the shepherd to look up at him, "Twilight told me you have a dog back home. I think Ulysses senses that."

Logan says, glancing back over to Applejack.

I'll try to make the exam from hell go by quickly -- I wanna get Colette home ASAP! Also, spoiler alert -- Colette plays guitar, as well as sings-- gotta get her to sing for Rainbow Dash sometime!))

"Oh, where do I start??" Shawn said with a huge grin. "The animation's superb, the story and characters are well developed, and not too childish or girly, so just about anyone can get into it if they gave it a chance!" Shawn followed Caitlyn's gaze up to the two singing birds. The way she looked at them, her smile... Perhaps... “My favorite character happens to be Fluttershy.” He said as casually as he could, seeing whether or she'd react.

Mother of Fuck, Mrs. Dean! Colette mouthed as she worked on her exam. Math was her weakest subject by far, but she wasn't going to give up! She WAS going to finish -- Gawddammit! of all the people, Chloe handed in her exam first! Then why'd she need her notes, then?? Oh well, there was a little more than an hour to go, and she was already almost don-- There was the surprise! This was going to take some serious note hunting! Colette only prayed that she had enough time to finish it!

"There are people posting they've found Ponies all over the internet... You should check it out after the exam!" Colette said. "I've only seen people post that they've found Ponies, and Bowen's told me that someone posted that they've found a Changeling..." Colette offered before heading back to her seat.

Dennis pondered on what  Collette had told her. "I'll see you guys later. I might pass from here... and i'll check that on the internet later." Definately something weird is going on lately in the world and if it was genuine changelings he'd like to know about it. 

 

The exams were hard, he knew it to be that way, he never expected the "Holy Spirit's Blessing" for this matter. Like the saying goes "God Helps those who help themselves." and quickly dived back. His finger hurt by the way he was pressing the pen against the paper but he ignored it. "God dammit." Why do they have to put so many question in one exam? Aren't they aware of the time limit? UGH!!!
