Planking pirate pony

Hi

 

I've been working on this, on and off, for about 1,5 months and finally finished it yesterday. I've never posted any pictures and I haven't drawn much pony related things. Please comment / criticize. Tbh I put the most effort on the pony and I will probably change the boat and maybe the sky at some point.

Is it wrong that when I heard planking, I thought of the meme in which people lie flat on top of things? Anyway, it is awesome! I have nothing to say about the artwork, and the picture is funny and cute. I'm not a big fan of her mane though.

It's cute. It seems to be missing something in the sky or in the ocean. Maybe just a few birds or clouds. Or the sun, and then a reflection of the sun in the water.

Looks very nice, ike the OC's design a lot.

Pic looks a bit empty though,maybe add some clouds and the corner of a dsail at the top right corner.

I was actually thinking she would be the only other living creature in the picture but clouds might work. We'll see if I redo it sometime.
