Yeah but I mean really. This is most likely the only movie we are going to get and the premise was such a waste of time for anyone involved in the process of making the movie

 

If it's a waste of time, why is Meghan McCarthy writing it, Daniel Ingram writing the music, and the orginal Voice Acting coming back? Because they know this is gonna be a good movie! The plot is fantastic, and the actors and writers know it.

It's beyond that. Any high school oriented movie is bland and lifeless. it's always about overcoming a bully and they use outdated tropes and slang to try and sound cool. It's like two opposite things....

Little girls dream about things like proms, dances, and weddings. So for the target demographic this movie nails it. Optimism is a great trait to have (really) but blind optimism is bad.  Pretending everything is always going to be okay, even in the darkest of hours doesn't really accomplish anything.  I can appreciate that you all (Rockin + Gears + Spark + flutter ect.) won't turn your back on the fandom no matter what.  (Honestly)  We need people like you.  All that I'm saying is that, I'm a bit of a realist and perfectionist.  If I think that something isn't going to be good, I'm going to voice my opinion and hope it makes a difference.
