Lionheart stood there as he watched Swiggly melee bow attack a bush. *What the buck is he doing....* He though to himself. He already told him that the hunter left and went toward their cave/camp so he just watched dumnfounded. 

 

And then just like that he started talking about explosion and going back to the hunter base. Lionheart would have had none of that so he simple shrugged and thought *Well good luck to him I guess.*

 

He turned his glance at Dawn. "Please excuse my "companies" behavior. It seems he is quite spontaneus. I can only hope for the best for him." Lionheart said as he shrugged. "I didn't quite catch your name ?Oh and you seem to have an extraordinary companion. It not usual to see wolfs accompaning people. Rather intriguing."

"Oh," Dawn said, turning slightly to look at him, blushing, thinking he had heard what she had said.  "I'm...Dawn Minuet," she said, turning to him completely and nodding.  She would have reached out her hoof for him to shake if she was normal, but she was not.  "Yes," she agreed, looking at the wolf.  "I...know."

Thunder looked at jake, "what is the big plan then" asked thunder, he looked around through his visor for a plan.

 

Wolf looked at jake "stupid bloody hunters, always trying to get us killed" he said.

"I've no clue what you're talking about." He looked at Thunder suspiciously. "What infection?" He'd thought this through. Any infection or sicknesses should've been easily wiped out by his suit. "All known bacteria is to be countered by the suit." He noted over the comm.

Jake thought for a moment. "You said that you couldn't trust me. I'm warning you about that chip." He shrugged. "If we take down Big Boss, you'll have the power to shut down the island, and the money to cure 'that' rash." He said still considering the planning of this.

Thunder shook his head slowly, he then walked over to wolf. "Suit, locking systems off" thunder said, air came out of the suit and the suit littleraly fell off of him. Thunder looked at wolf, and threw wolf onto the Rock and put the suit on him "there's only one way to deal with this" said thunder while adjusting the suit, then putting the helmet on wolfs face. The suit's visor tinted red and it interfaced with wolfs DNA. "

 

Thunder turned around and looked at jake "do me a favor" he looked at both jake and wolf "remember me" said thunder, he took a electric charged arrow and put it into his forehead killing thunder instently.

 

Wolf jumped up trying to go to thunder. "BOSS N-" he jumped up to high hitting the cave ceiling with his head. "Ow, boss, boss....." He put his head on thunders chest, "FUCK" he screamed slamming a hoof on the ground. "Why did he give me the bloody suit" said wolf "FUCK" he screamed again.

Wolf nodded his head, but before he could say anything, a arrow went by. It missed both jake and wolf. It made three distinct beeping noises before it exploded. Sending both jake and wolf flying. Hit the ground. And something happened. He got up and pulled out his bow and shot at the hunter that shot the explosive. Hitting him in the throat. Wolf put the bow on his back. Without saying a word.

Jake dusted himself off. He looked at his helmet, which was now trashed. He stomped it, and began toward the the mouth of the cave only saying two simple words. "Nice shot." he then looked at the screen on his gauntlet. He pushed a few buttons. "Looks like everyone on the island's after us."

Swiggly was scouting the hunter's other base. It was settled halfway up the mountain on the edge of a river, a fast flowing river with many rocky debris, Swiggly saw a building that hung over the river, The building was FULL of zodiac boats, stacked one on top of the other, a little shipyard full of zodiacs.

"If I were to steal one of the boats and head south, I will reach the ocean soon enough and make my grand escape"

Swiggly noticed that there were many hunters, not just any hunters, these hunters were big, their suits were almost 4 inch thick, these hunters were armed with automatic weapons. 

"Well... I will need help if I'm gonna steal one of those boats"

Swiggly had a plan: round up all the survivors, storm the facility, get a boar, escape"

Lionheart seeing the wolf growling  turned a very serious expression. Pushing his hat back now hanging on the back of his neck walk up to the wolf kneeled one leg to be eye level with him and talked.

 

"I can see what you are doing and I praise your intelligence. Never trust anyone no matter how friendly the look. You want to protect her and your stance is most astounishing you are more of a stallion than ponies I know. But alas I also follow such ways and I couldn't let myself leave a mare in need alone and in danger. All I can ask of you is to trust me that we are on the same page here. For that alone I would like to introduce myself like I would to a partner. *He put his hat back on* My name is Lionel heart *he pull out a badge from his coat It is half theCcelestia and half the Lunar symbol gold and platinum accordingly writting his name .* Part of the secret royal investigator of Canterlot. It would be an honor to assist you protect this young mare." Lionheart voice was really serious and even if the wolf couldn't understand what he was saying he would at least get that he was being really serious about his good intention just by sheer emotion behind  his tone. 

 

He stood back up."And since it is out in the open now might as well tell you too Dawn. I am here intentionally. Many disappearance hardly go unnoticed. I was deliberately captured in order to find where captured ponies were, get info, try to shut the place down and escort civilians back to safety. Please though keep this between us. If this get out security might get a lot harsher, something that I would like to avoid." He spoke as his hid his badge back into his coat his tone not as serious as before taking a more smooth turn.

Swiggly landed on his rear legs and one of his front hooves on the ground (like a ninja) right in-between Wolf,Lionheart and Dawn.

Swiggly's voice has gotten deeper, for unknown reasons (this guy is unpredictable).

"Aye... its too late now, security has gotten tighter than a mare's .... yeah its really tight now, I found a possible way off the island"

Swiggly walked away from to group and turned around as if he  wanted to announce something.

"Halfway up that mountain is another Hunter base, this one is heavily guarded, these hunters are big... as in Big, BIG"

Swiggly darted his eyes towards everypony. "The base up there also has a docking station, I saw at least a few hundred zodiacs, If we manage to steal one of them, it could be our escape. we head down the river towards the ocean and off this island"

Swiggly stood there for a moment to gather more thoughts "And yes, don't worry about food and water if we'er stranded, I can conjure supplies with my magic,food water and anything to survive on a boat" 

"anypony in with me? or am I going to make my grand escape alone?"

Dawn watched slightly as the stallion spoke to the wolf.  She was surprised and almost thought he was out of his mind for a second, before realizing that she too, has been talking to the wolf. 

And she almost felt undeserving of two such wonderful ponies - or one pony and one wolf really - to help her out, to protect her, to accompany her.

Dawn frowned, nodding at Lionel.  "Well, trust me, your secrets safe with me," she said with a nod.

Then, boom!  He was there again.

Dawn jumped back as he landed down in front of them, said - or almost said - the most offensive thing, blabbered on about a crazy plan, and then asked them to join his plan.

But she did listen to the plan, excited.  But she wasn't sure who was really the excited one here.

Either way, she kept quiet.

Wolf hoof in the nano suit walks up to everyone. But everyone still thought it was thunder. Due to the fact that the suit covered the whole body including the face. He put a hoof on swiggly's shoulder, and nodded as If to say 'I'm in'

 

Bajue felt a little calmer due to the fact he stayed with dawn the whole time.

Jake looked at Swiggly. He nodded his head, and smirked. "Sup?" He said leaning against a tree nearby to all of them. He had no helmet, so, he had to type most of his commands onto an automated screen on his hoof. He finishes typing, then looks up again. He saw a hunter in a tree nearby. "HIT THE DIRT, NOW!!!!" He threw a hatchet that caught the hunter clean in the throat. He walked up and placed a leg on him, and pulled it out.

Swiggly's erratic movements and eccentric behavior made him a difficult colt to follow, and easily lost Whisper. Unable to continue his pursuit, Whisper headed back to where he saw those tracks earlier, hoping they weren't blown away in the hunter's assault. Some time later, after finding and following the tracks without incident, Whisper saw the main group, and Swiggly too. He also saw two hunters, and feared that the group was actually a bunch of prisoners, possibly awaiting their fate. However, Jake's swift dealing of the hidden hunter proved his standing in the situation. With nothing left to fear, Whisper approached, politely greeting all of them as best as he could, except Swiggly. Essentially leaving poor Whisper to rot in the woods didn't leave a very good impression, and so his greeting to Swiggly was an angry glare, a furious snort, and a swift punch with his not stone hoof. After that all was well.

Swiggly did not budge 

"Yes... I deserved that" bleeding from his nose Swiggly continued

"Ok lets get a head count! Dawn and her wolf, Lionheart, Whisper, Jake and Thunder... and of course me!"

"We got 7 ponies, we will have 2 groups, group 1 will consist of 6 ponies, group 2 will just be me"

Swiggly took a minute to think of strategies

" Ok you guys wait on the other side of the river, I'll infiltrate the base and steal some zodiacs, at least 2 zodiacs will fit us all in, I'll drive them across the river to pick you guys up"

Swiggly's eyes glistened "I'll get the boats to you guys, jump in and head downstream until you get to the ocean and away from this island"

Swiggly picked up his bow and a quiver of arrows "any objections?" 

he gave a cocky smile and locked an arrow to his bow.

"Yes. Many objection in fact. I am struggling to realise if you are talking like that simple because you are high or from sheer stupidity. Am I the only one  noticing that things  are escalating way too easily ? This guy *point at Swiggly* Just strolling in bases and hunters just shaking their fist in the air angrily doing nothing ? Two of them coincidentally having a change of heart while knowing*He pulls out some blueprints he took from their base earlier* Full well that their suit can easily explode in a matter of seconds ? And not only that but while Swiggly here was being busy stealing weed I went ahead and learnt a few stuff both by reading a few files and eavesdropping that not only their suit is rigged but also their bodies. Look there are two basic hunting techiniques. Make the prey feel safe and strong, throw some bait for them to follow and strike. A pot head easily overcoming training hunters with what seems to be advanced technology is obviously a impossible and an indication that it was set up to go like that. Those guy were either decoy meant to die or the mentally retarded division meant to make survivors have hope." Lionheart tone was really stern having finally decided to drop the act  and be serious. It wasn't just because everyone was here but because something was off he could feel.

 

He turns his gaze to jake and thunder. "So I am going to ask you two directly which side are you on ? Cause if you asked me I doubt you would so easily forfeit your lives to save a bunch of random people. Heh the fact that you haven't exploded yet means your boss if fully aware of what is going on." He said with a smirk.

 

"To finish this, Swiggly I am not trusting you infiltrating anything with actual defences, let alone stealing 2  boats undetected. As apparent as it is that you are not a bad guy here you ways are mostly illogical,reckless and obviously guided"

Dawn glanced back and forth between every pony, suddenly as suspicious as Lionheart.  She was even suspicious of this wolf who had bounded up out of nowhere to save her.  In fact, how did she think she could trust any of these ponies?

How did she know that all of them weren't hunters?

Dawn began to back away, very slowly, very casually, her eyes darting between them all.

Swiggly stared at Lionheart with a look of confusion

"Ok you know what? I'm gonna rethink this, Yes Lionheart you have a point! but I have done far more than you and I only died once"

"If you think you can come up with some better plan, go ahead! I'm going my own way! I'm leaving this island with or without you!"

Swiggly took his supplies back and strolled towards the mountain. Swiggly turned his head back

"oh yeah... I didn't intend for us to escape on those boats undetected, I wanted to make my break out a bit exciting" Swiggly gave off a cockish grin and continued towards the base.

"This is going to be interesting, you have always been the lone soldier Swig" he thought to himself.

Wolf hoof shook his head to lionheart, he didn't say anything. His suit over covered everything of his vital systems. He didn't speak, he could let then know thunder.....was actually dead. So he just nodded to lionheart to say "I'm in" he hoped he got the message.

 

Wolf looked at dawn and followed her while she backed up.

Swiggly had proven himself in Whisper's book, but this Lionheart made a sound argument. Better then that, his theory almost seemed to make too much sense. Whisper's thoughts whirled as his gaze went over the other members of the group and began sizing them up. Lionheart seemed like the most professional one here, and the point he made was one that needed to be said. The two hunters seemed to be on the level, but honestly, who could trust them after what Lionheart said. Whisper needed to know more to make up his mind about them, especially seeing as he's the one that's been out of the loop the longest. His gaze fell on Dawn, clearly shaken and eager to run it looked. Of all the ponies that were here she was clearly the most innocent, at least in Whisper's eyes, and also the one most in need of some kind of assurance. A pity Whisper had no voice to reason with, as a lumbering, menacing stallion with stone hooves probably won't get very far if they start interrogations.
