"Ooh! That's really cool!" Minty looked at his palm in awe. She looked at her wings. "It'd be cool to be a unicorn. What's it like being a unicorn?" She tugged at her wings a bit. "I'd be better off a unicorn..!" Minty looked at Blaze. "So? What's it like being a unicorn? Is it fun?"

"It... Depends on your talent. Mine is only good for showing off really." Blaze said sadly. "But hey, being a pegasus isn't all that bad. It's fun to fly around. I'm pretty good at it myself. Not meaning to uhh, gloat, because my friends were all still better." It took him a moment to realise he was a unicorn amd that flying made no sense. "uhh. I mean uhh..." He said nervously.

Royal walked to in front of the dorm, streching a bit before opening the door for denim. He knew this was going to take a while, and he didnt want to have to stand around all day without streching.

"It's okay, really." Minty smiles. She was listening to something in her earphones and started singing. She kept singing until she noticed that Blaze was still there. "Oh, I mean, uhh.." Minty says. "I get insecure when I sing in front of somepony else.. despite its part of my cutie mark.."

Blaze sighed in relief. Either she hadn't heard what he said or she didn't pay attention to it. "No it's alright. You umm... Uhh. You actually have a very beautiful singing voice... Uhh..." He looked away awkwardly. "Y-yeah I'll go now that I made this awkward." He said, still deeling awkward.

Blaze sighed in relief. Either she hadn't heard what he said or she didn't pay attention to it. "No it's alright. You umm... Uhh. You actually have a very beautiful singing voice... Uhh..." He looked away awkwardly. "Y-yeah I'll go now that I made this awkward." He said, still deeling awkward.

"Thank you." Minty smiles. "You didn't make it awkward at all. In fact, you flattered me.." Minty blushes. "It's okay." Minty stood up, and started digging through her suitcase. "I found this flyer in the hallway.. It's about a party. Want to come? It'll be really fun, I promise! I've never been to one so that's why I'm going!" Minty squealed. "Please!" Minty smiles big. "I'll do anything! I don't want to be alone..!"

Barging loudly into the dorm room, Windy held up a scantron paper, waving it around excitedly. "Guess who scored highest in the class on the entry exam for the business program? This pegasus, that's who! Oh yeah! Who rocks? I do! Who rules? I do!" Windy cried, doing a stupid dance on the spot. After a moment, he stopped, and looked at his two roommates, a blush creeping onto his face. "Sorry, that was kinda excessive. I just am super stoked that I got into the business program! I mean, these legs can't play soccer forever, gotta have a contingency plan, and finance would be great! .....And I'm being an overly gloaty, arrogant prick right now, aren't I?" He said after a brief pause.

Perfect!" Hurriedly putting on his suit, Windy checked in the mirror to make sure his tie was straight. "Huh, I do look pretty dapper when I'm all suited up... Maybe finance won't be so bad a career, I'll get to dress like Con Mane every day!" Slicking his mane back and applying a bit of cologne, Windy stepped out of the bathroom, grinning. "There. Now I might be able to measure up to your stunning ensemble. Might." Opening the door and offering his hoof to Minty, Windy said in a voice with mock chivalry, "Shall we leave now, m'lady?" After a moment, Windy started chuckling, "Hehe, sorry I just like overplaying the gentlecolt part when I go on dates with mares."

Minty blushed, and smiled. "Yep!" Minty goes out. "You look great!" Minty says. Minty was wearing a short blue party dress with a blue headband. "You don't need to look that fancy, though." Minty heads out of the room and out into the crisp, cold air of night. She flies to the movie theater, and sees Windy behind her. "You ok?"

Spreading his wings and following her towards the movie theater, Windy couldn't help but be distracted by the view in front of him... When he realized that Minty was talking to him, Windy shook his head to clear it of dirty thoughts involving taking off that party dress, and nodded eagerly. "Yeah, yeah, its all good." He said. After touching down in front of the theater, he turned to Minty. "What movie do you want to see? I actually don't mind romantic filly flicks from time to time, so if you want to see one of those, I'm fine with that. Your call on what we should see."

"Actually.. Blaze, you can come. The movie theater is near the mall and you can follow us. Me and Windy can just go to the movies while you go to the mall to find a suit. Windy arched one of his eyebrows slightly when Minty put her hooves up on his lap. "Well, that's a good sign... I didn't take her for a flirty pony, what with how shy and timid she is... This is an interesting development!" 

 

"Oh! Uh, I think the movie is... What was it called again... Oh yeah! 'The Great Ponsby'! Its based on a book I think... Everypony says its really good!" he said, grabbing a bit of popcorn and tossing it into his mouth.
