Drawing Ponies: Bases and Visual Aids

Hello everypony! As a digital artist, I needed to learn how to draw ponies IRL, and also in PC programs, such as Manga Studio EX 4, or Adobe Illustrator. I started off doing realism drawings, looking at pictures, and trying to remake them, however, that wasn't as simple as it seems. Thus, after various researching around the internet, I stumbled upon these beauties. These are the bases and step by step drawings of ponies. They're quite a bit of pictures, but if you want to learn how to draw ponies, these might be able to aid you. Not going to lie, using a digital program with bases has let me progress far more then trying to draw ponies myself. Now it's a breeze, and I also am pretty good with the programs.

But, when it comes to guides, those are quite useful. The issue is it only shows you one pose. As useful as it is, to those not used to drawing it can be a bit confusing. Because of this, I would also suggest these.

 

 

 

Ontop of more poses, I find the actual skeleton in this a bit more well shown. Especially with legs. It's the same with drawing an actual horse, as well, with differences to the back legs.

I understand what you mean. I would have posted all of the pictures, however, they're quite a few, and I could only upload ten. Thank you for your opinion, it's quite useful. But I find this useful as it is.
