Hello all.

I know I havnt submitted art in like, a few hours.

And I thought I'd show some sketches I've been working on.

They seem really nice! Also being I couldn't do any better, I would have to say that there's nothing wrong with them that I can point out. Hope to see the finished product later on!

 

Oh, and by the way, Kudos on being able to sketch digitally, I can't do it to save my life x] (assuming they were done digitally, lol )

I'm not sure if this was intentional or not but I can see what I believe are design elements from G1 mixed in there, and normally that kind of thing would irk me.  However you managed to pull it off in such a way that makes it work, congrats!

But these weren't done digitally.

I don't do digital art yet,

my art is done with just a pencil,

and sometimes acrylic paint.

You have a rather expressive style, kudos for that. Rather wish I could sketch that cleanly.

 

I would love to see them digitally colored, though, but that's just a personal thing.

They look pretty good! I think Atleast, I've not done art in a bit do my picking on details might be rusty.

 

Although I do think the top right one with those, I guess blushes or whatever's near the nose, are to close to the nose I think, unless they're whiskers or attached to the nose or something, it only really shows in that one to I find.

 

Also the neck on the top left one Atleast it's most noticeable, is kinda skinny looking, I think it could be a bit thicker, it looks a little unnaturally skinny.

 

Other then that I don't notice any real problems, so good job! Keep up the good work!

G1 = Generation 1 of My Little Pony which includes the two original My Little Pony specials and the My Little Pony and Friends show. It gets passed around quite a bit so now you know it for future reference.
