"Okay then." He said standing up and cracking his neck. He began punching Sole in the throat 1....2..3,4,5,6,7.... He soon began punching almost 1,000 times per second. He placed his hind legs on Soles head and jumped backwards sending him sliding back. He hopped up and came down hard on Soles head, smashing it into the ground. He drew Revolution and landed on a wall, noticing a crescent moon and strange snowflake pattern on the blade. "Weird."

Dark growled and ran after Crimson. "Get back here, you little insect." She said.

 

Tempest smirked. "Now's my chance." He thought. The cyan pegesus then dropped down in front of Dark and put a hoof to her forehead. Tempest was brought into Dark's mind through his aura, and the two of them fell to the ground. The cyan pegesus noticed the real Dark in chains while a darker version of herself controlled her mind. "Ah, you must be the demon that Armageddon put into my daughter's body. I suggest you leave."

Sole spit out some blood and stood up smiling "looks like I can get serious!" He said happily, as he flitted up to jake and blasted him with an energy sphere, before grabbing his mane and throwing him into the ground. "My turn!" He said quickly, as he threw an energy spear at him, wich exploded on impact.

Jake stood up and body checked Sole, he followed up by drop kicking Sole into the air. He began slashing his blade toward Sole in the air. Each slash sent razor sharp crystal ice, effectively juggling the gryphon in the air. He hopped up and actually slashed him with the blade, crashing him back to the fort wall.

The energy armor took most of the damage, but he still got cut in several places. As he was thrown against the wall, he flipped around and bounced off of it, using the momentum to slash by jake with an energy blade, as he passed him he quickly flipped around and blasted him with annother energy spear.

 

Armageddon reappeared in the shadows, a few feet behind thunder, but still hidden. He watched sole's fight with jake.

The dark version of Dark turned around and glared at Tempest. "Yes. I am." She said, "You must be Tempest." The evil Dark then shot a fireball at Tempest

 

The cyan pegesus smirked and absorbed the attack with his aura. "Did you honestly expect that to work? Anyway, I have somewhere to be, so I'm going to make this quick." The cyan pegesus then formed a ball of light in front of him and shot a beam of aura at the corrupted version of Dark, destrying her in the process. He then left Dark's mind.

 

Dark groaned as she woke up. "What happened?" She asked. The black dragon then noticed Tempest and sighed. She then waited for him to wake up.

"You should learn to fight better" he dropped the gun on the ground and disappeared into the darkness suddenly the ground started exploding the flames disappeared and a thick metal cable flew at the mare and wrapped around her body. Weights pulled her to the ground before insanity gas spread into the air. Smoke and sparks flew all around. " fear tactics" the voice said again. " they work well don't they"

Stone fell to the ground. A loud *CLANG* could be heard from her iron body. She twisted around the iron and eventually broke it, due to her brute force. She looked around at all the flames. "If your such a fighter, HOW ABOUT YOU FACE ME YOURSELF" she screamed.

Thundracry steped infront of the mare. "I'm right here" he said with a smirk on his face. He threw a grenade in the air. His body started glowing dark blue as a protection shield covered his body. The grenade hit the ground but didn't explode. Instead a shower of grenades fell down from the air. Thundracry took out one more grenade he pulled the pin and laughed.

Jake slowed down while scraping across the dirt. He was getting exhausted, and breathing heavily. He shook his head. "I don't know how I can finish this." He then shut his eyes.

 

'Time to be stronger.' He heard a voice.

 

He was suddenly envigorated by a surge of vitality. He catapulted himself at Sole and judo kicked him in the head. He was moving so fast that he was already behind him and threw him into the air. He bursted from the earth after him trailing with white energy behind him. He grabbed him and flew to the sky, constantly changing course and smashing him as though the air was solid. He left the atmosphere and brought his hind legs down. Sending them toward the earth in a ball of fire, and flames, crashing down and sending dirt into the sky like a mushroom cloud.

Tempest woke up and glanced at Dark. "Why are you even here?" He asked.

 

Dark sighed. "I'm sorry Tempest. I joined the NLR." She said. The black dragon then stood up and walked away. "Celestia is a tyrant. She wiped out a whole village because a theif stole a piece of bread.

 

The cyan pegesus then sighed and walked away. "If I can't change your mind, then I'm sorry." He said, before leaving the fort. He didn't care about anything. He just wanted to be alone so he could think.

Crimson rolled his eyes at tempests herioc attempt at taking the fireball for him, "alright, but you do know that her fireball wouldn't have hurt me in the slightest, right? I'm a fire elemental, remember?" Said crimson nonchalantly before sighing and turning to dark, "hey dark, since tempest is gone, why don't you and I play a game of tag?" Asked crimson mischeviously before jumping up and bouncing off of her face and jumping into the darkness, "hehehe.....your it!" Said crimson echoing voice.

Cosmo watched as they city he hadn't seen in almost 3 years was in what appeared to be a riot. A group of guards attacked him on sight shouting something about some New Lunar Republic and calling him a traitor. They were dispatched quickly, "I left for training three years ago. I would hope the guards would've been training too..." Cosmo saw his friend Crimson jump off a dragon's face and out of sight. Cosmo navigated the darkness easily and approached his companion, "Crimson what the buck have I been missing over my training?!"

Sole stood shakily after the barrage of attack and spit out blood, with a smile he snapped his bones into place. "Wow... this is the most fun I've had in a while, I'm glad your this strong... now I can go all out!" He growled, as an explosion of energy bursed from him, covering his body. As the energy disappeared, sole was pure white, and glowing with energy. "This is where it ends!" He said quickly, as he suddenly materialized next to jake and lifted a single talon, suddenly, a large burst of energy hit the pony point blank, creating a large explosion.

"Eh.....luckily....without my iron skin.....I would've been long gone...." She grunted and fell to her knees.

Icy had stood hidden from sight. Watching the fight between Jake and Sole. -I hope Jake doesn't kill him, I still need him- She watched as Jack and Sole come crashing in to the ground.

"Wow Sole is fast" She did want to get in this fight so she left. While walking the halls of the base, she saw two ponies and they weren't apart of the NLR. Taking a closer look she saw one was Crimson. -He's one of the people who should know- 

She walked closer to the two ponies looking harmless.

"What are two stallions doing here? This place isn't safe you know"

 

Crimson turned around at the sound of a familiar voice and chuckled, "cosmo! Its good to see you! But I wish we could've had a freindly get-together and grab some cider but right now isn't a good time, since you've been gone a rebellion has risen against celestia demmanding that luna becomes ruler of equestria!" Said crimson with slight shake of his head.

Jake flew into the air uncontrollably. He was nearly unconscious and essentially broken. He flew and flew, and landing would likely kill him.

 

'They would welcome you, and only when you gave to evil, would they condemn you to death.' He could hear.

 

His eyes popped open. He took in his surroundings and opened his wings, but they were almost 5 times his normal size. He stopped instantly and flew ever so lazily back to the battlefield. His eyes were soft, and he seemed ever so different in some way. " I'm the Archangel, Jake. Bringer of light and life." He slung Revolution over his shoulder. "This could get interesting." He said pulling up his bandana.

Cosmo blinked for a moment, then replied, "Sounds great but I get the feeling you're leaving out a few details. Hell, you date Princess Luna so why do you seem so unhappy with this? Unless we lost or are losing..." Cosmo glanced around at the Celestia banners and figured that last part was the case.

Crimson sighed, "well that's the problem, the NLR are doing this on there own, luna isn't leading them....she already made a treaty with celestia, so I'm not so sure she even WANTS to rule equestria! But that's also my problem, if this war does start, then I'll be stuck choosing between my freinds and my marefreind..." said crimson with a hint of distress, buy before he could continue his worried rant, icy interrupted, crimson eyed her with suspicion, "I could say the same for you.....what are you doing here?" Asked crimson warily.

Sole looked at jakes new transformation and smirked "this... could be fun!" He said happily, as he flitted a few feet in front of him and got in a fighting stance "let's see what you can do now!" He said excitedly. ((Also, this transformation is called final flash, forgot to say that.))

 

Armageddon gave a low growl at the sight of final flash. he hated light, and now sole raiated it. "I'll kill him soon he muttered, as he spotted jake flying back.

Thundracry looked at the mare. "good fight" He grabbed her body and teleported away to his mountain base of operations. Thundracry quickly put the unconscious pony in an antimagic cage and waited for her to wake up. He set monitors on her and made sure that the cage was double reinforced.

Jake glanced at Armageddon for a moment. He could tell something was off about him. He saw the pure evil. "Hehe, I'm a god of light now biatch!" He shouted at Sole as he made subtle head tilts toward Armageddon. "Still gotta make this convincing until he notices." He whispers. He aims the katana at Sole. It glows bright white. "Heavenly Burst!!" It shoots a large inferno hot beam of light that hits him square in the chest.

[Snowy Storm 57]

"Me? I'm just here to learn something" She saw how Crimson watched her. "Don't worry I'm not dangerous... Well not now of course" She walked closer to them. Using a trick from her mother she was began to make the room colder, but unlike her mother instead of snow, Ice slowly creep up.

"Answer my question and I'll leave you alone. I hate violence, but this is important to me" she watched him. She didn't want to fight a battle unless she knew her way out, already an escape route was planned should things get ugly. She would not die like her mother. 

"In the war that took place a year ago a Mare by the name of Snowy Storm was murdered. All I want is the name of her killer"

(Icy doesn't suspect Crimson to be her mother's killer)

Crimson narrowed his eyes at icy, and ignored her ice, and merely turning up his body temperature, "why do you need to know? Are you a friend of hers? Or are you just curious and want to meet the killer in person? Asked crimson in a slightly bitter tone as he glared at icy suspiciously.

"That opens the shot up for me." Jake said. He heaved the katana and managed to aim it at Armageddon. "Double-Angelic Burst!!" He said as a beam of light twice the strength of his last burst shot out of the blade of Revolution. It hit Armageddon in the side of the head. "Booyah! Headshot!"
