Everypony seems to think that poor Derpy is an airhead!! :( 

She's not, at least not when I play her. I'll post a character page for how I play her sometime soon, so yeah... But she is not stupid when I play her, just wanted to let everypony know. She is simply percieved as stupid because of her clumsiness. When I play her.

She's not, at least not when I play her. I'll post a character page for how I play her sometime soon, so yeah... But she is not stupid when I play her, just wanted to let everypony know. She is simply percieved as stupid because of her clumsiness. When I play her.

 

I always think of Derpy as a ditzy blonde, not stupid per say, just a bit of a valley girl type. I guess I go by how she is played in the Dr Whooves and assistant series. She has her smart moments and her insightful moments, and her clumsy ones, which often save the day in a situation...  and her cute and silly moments. She also has those moments where she says something spacey, but then again DR Whooves says a lot of things that make me laugh because he doesn't 'get' being a pony and she's very smart at being a pony. she's my fav pony so I defo don't consider her "stupid" but not sure how Pinkie perceives her as it would be different than how I see her. Pinkie loves everypony though.

So something I've noticed is the character I've created would fit in later on in the series better, considering the whole Harbinger business. So until such time I feel he wouldn't be just making things to hard on the Doc to start, I'll just to random background npcs in the random adventures, if you don't mind.

 OOC that's up to you but I really don't think that he would. He's always been kinda nasty! But not my call. I'd love to post in character but sorta can't until Derpy or Jenny say something so just waiting as a background pony til that happens. Great RP by the way. Decided to take the OOC post to this thread as there is nothing in character I can say at the moment.

Great RP so far. However two characters within the rp can only interact throughout the story for so long. I'll just post one more time before waiting on someone else to jump right in. 

 

So either @, @@whitewater lightning, @@KitsuneSoul108, or @@caramba2654, can jump in sometime soon.

Hey all, Hoping that everpony who was interested in this role play still wants to be active.

 

@Silent Dawn, are you still wanting to play the role of Derpy? If not, can we re cast that role as this role play will be difficult to continue with out her.

Ok. Gonna add you to the main post. Just one question: Are Courier and Harbringer two different ponies?

 

Also, could you go and edit the posts so that speech is marked with colors? It makes everything much easier to read and makes the RP look so Rainbow Dash! :3

Courier and Harbinger are the same pony, but different ponies. They are inhabiting the same body, but are two different entities. The reason this is possible is the regeneration magic possessed by the Time Ponies, mixed with Draconequus magic. When one side takes over, the body utilizes the regeneration energy to change his form to appear as the dominant side. This doesn't waste regenerations, however.

 

And sure, I suppose I can. I just post from a mobile a decent amount of time, and I can't do colored text on mobile devices.

So I have to ask this here again... Silent Dawn seems to be busy, so do you all want me to play Derpy for a while or do we want to recruit another player for Derpy? Playing two can get messy but I am willing temporarily if we need to, or somepony else can do it.

Nah,im not a mare anymore.Since the poison joke affect was transferred to Ricky,he is now a stallion again :) Someone will have to take Derpy and Applejacks place,but i cant do either of them.I prefer to stick to one character thanks :)

Okay cool, just wanted to get that concern out of the way. ^_^ Well I heard mikestar was going to take Derpy's place but i want to sure just in case. And I'd be willing to play Applejack. She would make a really interesting companion for the Doctor!

 

This rp can give her the chance to get the love she needs! lol

Anyways, I think Mikestar wanted to play Derpy, but we'll see as the rp progresses.

 

I kinda wanted the Applejack role but since you've already gave life and dialogue to her, you might as well keep her.  ^_^

 

Besides, I'm horrible at the country accent...haha

 

Anyways, great rp! Can't wait to see where it goes :D
