If you cannot change the outcome of your sorrows, then it is best to turn away

Often finding that accpetance bears no moral reasoning, rather a further pain

Alleviateing only the rational sense, and forging in itself a new sorrow

 

If you cannot change the past, then it is best that you look forward

The longer one's feelings linger within an event, the faster their heart will die

It will always be worse to remember, and still be alone

 

If you can't change the world, then it is best to embrace those around you

Perhaps, even someone like you could be an inspiration to those you care for

Even without changing the world, you could change the nearest life for the better

 

If you can't change something,

What is it that we all must do?
