"Oh, uh... nothing Twilight. I was just gonna go to Sugarcube Corner and, uh.... use the bathroom."

Oh....kay? Well, do your business Spike, then come back to the library as soon as you can. Twilight continued to the library.

"Will do!" Spike ran to Sugarcube corner.

 

Twilight got back inside, and saw Power Ten upstairs.

"Umm, Power, what are you doing?"

"Spike told me the he saw somepony moving around upstairs, and asked me to go check it out while he, er, used the bathroom." he put on a hard poker face as he talked. "by the way, did you know that by simply thinking about RUNNING WATER, a pony will feel the need to use the bathroom? It's quite a fascinating reflex if I do say so myself. Why just the other day, I was at a dam, but the dam was so full of water, that I was sure it would burst! Just imagine the strain on that poor old dam, wanting to burst with all that pressure. Drip drip drip drip" Power Ten continued rambling on about running water, trying to get Twilight to fall into his trap. He could see a new urgency in her eyes and on her face, It was working.

Silver, noticing Pinkie was gathering up supplies, many of which seemed unnecessary---like rubber chickens and a party cannon---made his way back to the library a bit slower. "Ugh... way to stay focused. I should be focused on staying alive, and yet... I'm more worried about making a foal of myself in front of Twilight...I mean, what in Equestria will she think of me if I get so worked up I can't even speak properly? Agh... get it together, Silver!" He clopped himself over the head once as he got into the library. But once inside, he noticed Power Ten with a very mischievous look on his face. Silver raised an eyebrow. "What's going on?"

 

(Yeah, I'm going to hit the hay soon, too. G'night, everypony. I'll try and be back on tomorrow as early as possible.)

"3... 2... 1..." Power Ten put a hoof up to his ear, awaiting the sweet sound of a prank done right.

*BANG!* *sploosh*. A scream resounded throughout the Library as a small stream of bright blue water seeped out from under the door of the bathroom. "that's my cue to beat a hasty retreat!". Ten disappeared in a cloud of smoke, sprinting for sugarcube corner where spike was. <blue dye combined with my firecracker toilet depth charge is by far my best prank yet (that he can remember)>

 

(midnight, I guess that means I should get to sleep. Goodnight!)

Static shrugged, showing he didnt know where the other two were. He proceeded to explore the library, looking amongst all the books as he walked. One book caught his attention, an old leather bound book near the top shelf. He flew up to it and grabbed it, careful not to damage it, looking at the title, he grinned. "Huh... I thought all these books were long gone by now" he said out loud, the title read, 'Legends of the Elemental Equines'...

Silverwisp had been standing in shock at the explosion of water, and especially at seeing Twilight soaked from Power's prank. That maniac! He felt a surge of pure rage rise up that Power had pranked her, but just looking at Twilight he decided he wouldn't allow let his emotions get in the way and he trotted forward to help. At least it only soaked her... He remembered the brightbombs from the club earlier...

 

"I haven't seen Spike, but Pinkie was gathering stuff when I left sugarcube." Silver glanced around briefly, spotting a dry towel in the bathroom, and magicked it over to Twilight. "Here. Don't worry about Power. Just a dumb prank, so you can repay the favor later." he waved dismissively then gave a reassuring smile. "So long as you're okay. That guy's explosives are insane."

Pinkie Pie spun around at the sound of the door slamming shut, and beamed a bright smile at Power. "Hey there! Spike went upstairs a moment ago." then she noticed something a looked surprised. "Omigosh! Hey, are you new here, too? Why are SO many new ponies showing up around Ponyville lately? GASP! Is there some sort of super fun and amazing event going on that's bringing everyone here!? That'd be so awesome!"

"I... er... Im not sure?" Power Ten was suprised by the high energy mare. "I guess my gorgeous face attracts admirers from the farthest corners of equestria" He struck a pose that would make even Photo Finish drool.

 

(Pinkie's Pinkie sense should tell her that Ten has a birthday tomorrow, even though he doesn't know it.
