gaming Which megaman/rockman series is the best?

Hi, I just wanted to ask which megaman series you like the most.

For me, it gotta be the Battle network/EXE series. I love the games so much :3

I love the battle network series so much aswell. Not only did in play them alot as a kid, but I own 5 of the 6(Only missing the 1st one) and have played all of them.

 

Not to mention they're just awesome, they're pretty darn challenging, especially post game content, and are fun, and interesting, and have pretty good story i think, and are just a blast!

 

Not to mention they are a bit nostalgic to me .

 

That said I've only played Starforce(Which is btw an awesome series aswell, just i have a special place with Battle network) and a little bit of ZX aswell as Megaman classic 3 and 1 I believe so not a ton to go off.

My all time favorite is the Megaman X Series for its kickass soundtrack of course and the introduction of Zero who is a total badass. The Zero series is also awesome for obvious reasons though I like Zero's look from the X series a bit better.

No offense to those of you fellas who like it, but I wouldn't touch the Battle Network series with a 39.5 foot pole. Keep that RPG/Yugioh card game BS outta my sidescrolling platformers. >:|

 

As far as favorite, the classic and X series are about equal to me, but I chose the original series on grounds of nostalgia.

Mine's between the X series or Legends, but I voted  X because most of my favorite games in the franchise are from the X series
