Crystal checked her watch one more time to make sure she wasn't late. She had packed everything she needed for her vacation, and had left in the early hours of morning to make sure she wasn't late. "It appears I have arrived an hour early for my appropriate flight." She looked down at her watch again for comfirmation. The plane had not yet arrived and the website said that they wlshould all sit in the vip lounge and wiat there. So she did.

Charcoal had packed everything she needed, and then some, double checked she had packed everything she needed and triple checked to make sure. She had gotten to the airport rather early so she was trying to fine the lounge she was told to wait in. After a bit of searching she finally finds it and walks into it. Once inside she is surprised to find in completely empty save for a single mare sitting by herself. Over her better judgement she sits next to her, but doesn't say a word.

Quill Poem walked cheerfully into the airport, holding his luggage behind him. He was really excited, as he'd won a competition and now he got to go on a trip to Paris. He could hardly keep himself from jumping up and down. Not only did he get to go to the amazing city, he was going to be given fifteen thousand bits to spend on the trip! He wasn't really sure what to do with those, but he'd figure something out. They never said that he had to spend everything, anyway.

 

He went into the VIP lounge, still smiling, and sat down.

Blazing walked to the airport, a lot less excited than he probably should've been. Even though he had won a trip to Paris, he still wasn't too excited about it. He walked into the VIP lounge, seeing that there were a few other ponies already there. As soon as he entered he had his normal, happy look. Great... The others are here already... He thought.

Fire sharp walked through the airport, heading for the VIP lounge. She couldn't believe that she had won that competition and 15000 bits to spend. Her entire squad was so jealous of her for winning it but she didn't care. She was going to enjoy it as much as she could.

As she walked into the lounge she saw that some other ponies had arrived before her and she'd put on a smile. It wasn't long until they all had to board the plane but they still had time.

Dog Ears trotted merrily into the airport with his bags dragging behind him. Oh how it must be to be a unicorn. He continued to walk until he found the VIP section. This trip had sounded exciting, and he rarely got out of FIllydelphia, so he tried for the contest and won the trip. He was so happy and now he was even more happy when he saw all of the friendly looking faces in the VIP section and smiled in greeting.  He didn't want to interact with anyone just yet, maybe on the plane or even after they landed. He sighed contently and sat down on a chair.

Jack Spades put on his saddle bag. Joy had engulfed his body. He won a competition to Paris. Jack stopped to think if he was forgetting anything. "Let's see. Cards, books, Cabbage is brave isn't it?" Jack said accidentally changing topic. "I think I'll go now, go now."

Minty trotted merrily to the airport. "I've always wondered what Paris is like.. my family told me so much about it! Oh, what will I do when I get there..?" Minty trotted to the sector of the airport she was supposed to wait in. She sat down patiently as she watched the planes land in the airlines and take off.

(uhh, have you not been on a plane? I'm pretty sure they have to be going on the same plane.)

Just then, a speaker blurted out instructors. It was a female.

"All tourists in the VIP lounge please go to hanger 12. I repeat, all tourists in the VIP lounge please go to hanger 12; thank you."

Crystal looked out the window. Sure enough. There was a huge plane siting in the bay. HUGE!

"Hmm. I suppose now is the acquired time of leaving." She stood up. "Very well."

 

Checking his watch, Blaze began to panic. He was late! He had to get there on time; he had to catch up! He was running through the halls to reach the  VIP lounge. Bursting through the door with sweat on his face.

Hearing the announcement on the intercom Charcoal gets up, picks up her bags and walks down to the plane with the other ponies. Upon entering Charcoal walks towards the back of the plane and just sits down by a window on her own. Placing her bags in the compartment above where she was sitting.

Jack Burst through the airports doors. "Oh, luck! I'm late!" he said misspelling a certain word. He ran through the airport to the V.I.P lounge. Jack heard female voiced speakers call out "All tourists in the VIP lounge please go to hanger 12. I repeat, all tourists in the VIP lounge please go to hanger 12; thank you." Alright! Jack thought to himself. "Off to hangar 12!". Jack arrived at the plane. He looked at all the seats. Oh jeez, oh jeez, what do I do? He then saw a black mare with red hair. Maybe her. Jack walked over to her "Hey... er ah... can I uh... sit next... uh-- to erm... uh... you?"

Dog Ears got up and trotted around the airport looking for Hanger 12. Hanger 9... Hanger 10... Hanger 11. Ah here is! He made his way over to the hangar and saw a blue stallion and a black mare. The stallion looked flustered, as if he was late. It's not like he missed the plane or anything. He didn't even get here much later than me.

Dog Ears took a random seat and sighed contently. He had never been on a plane before, see wondered how it would be. He heard that some people didn't take the take-offs very well. Or the landing for that matter. Maybe I should have brought Nestle. He would've loved to go to Paris I bet.

"I find that kind of a weird question to ask a Pegasus." Charcoal said while showing Jack her wings. "But no. I've been on many planes before. I kind of have to if I want to get anywhere. Well besides cloudsdale. I'd like to see them land a plane there completely safe."

Jack said trying to start a conversation. "I've heard about the interesting process of the production of those colorful rainbows. How does that work?"

That was a dumb question Jack thought. "I didn't notice your wings. Well of course since they're black." Jack liked this mare, she was quite calm and observant. "You're from Cloudsdale, eh?" Jack said trying to start a conversation. "I've heard about the interesting process of the production of those colorful rainbows. How does that work?"

"I don't actually know, but that's probably because I don't live in cloudsdale. I live in on my own in ponyville. But from what I do know... they are kind of like liquid until a team of pegasi puts it in the sky. The way they get the rainbows to stay separate colors is kind of like water and vinegar they just don't mix. Oh and don't ever drink rainbow, you only ever want to make that mistake once. *shiver*

Jack laughed "I'll take your word on it, well, until I have a chance." He assured  then giggled. "I've always wanted to try it out. You know, for the experience." Jack stared out the window. Jack snapped out of it and turned back to Charcoal. "So you have a job?" Jack asked. With an awkward smile.

"Well if you are going to drink a rainbow I have two pieces of advice. One, bring a Carton or two of milk. Two, make sure a friend is there to take a picture because you are going to want to see your face. And yes I do have a job. Down in ponyville I work as a carpenter making anything from furniture to the actual house on a rare occasion."

Jack stopped to think about that image and laughed. "Thanks for that image, image. I hope there's a pot of gold too." Jack joked. "This is my first time going to Paris. I'm a bit nervous. Is this your first time going to a big fancy place? Are nervous too?" Jack always liked to get to know a pony.

"Now don't bring up that old myth. Still have no idea where ponies got the idea of gold at the end of the rainbow." Charcoal said slightly annoyed. "But anyway no I haven't been to Paris before and yes I am very very nervous about this. New place, new language, and all new ponies. Plus if what I've heard is true then these ponies are kind of like mini versions of the ponies in canterlot when it comes to being snudy."
