Posted today, an inside look of the XBox One Controller.....

I think it looks pretty awesome, as I love the 360 controller.

They did 40 impovements over the 360 controller, they added haptic feedback to the triggers, which I have always wanted to see.Essentially you'll be able to feel the recoil of a sniper or the pulsing of the ABS braking when you're playing Forza...adds a little extra to the game experience. it over all looks cool, and I like it. also the incorporation of it being both wired and a wireless controller is cool too.

Good Lord, there are people in India that can speak English better than this guy.  And all he talked about was arbitrary nonsense.  Hepatic feedback sounds great, if you hate your index fingers and want those triggers broken.  At least they're finally trying to tell us why this controller is supposed to be awesome.

"The system knows where the controller is?"  Oh...well...that has no purpose.  Thanks though.

That controller is nothing special.  It cannot save this train-wreck of console.

I make my judgments when I hold the darn thing. The xbox 360 controller developed some unwanted callus on my hands from how it was designed. I've played the PS4 controller, it is god tier.

That's really interesting actually, the controller was what peaked my interest the most in the xbone release and I'm excited to see that it's not only looking greater externally but they've made some pretty awesome changes on the inside as well. Dat dpad aw yeee.

Ah yes the xbox 360 does do that after a while but overall it's better than the PS3s one with the horrible analogue sticks and mushy dpad and flappy buttons on the back which denies you to play any games that require intensely fast joystick movement i.e Street Fighter. Nice to see they've finally changed the analogue stick though with the new one, I'm still not convinced with the touch pad though, I think it'll be gimmicky and underused. And the share button too at that, the dpad is still mushy which I personally hate. Hopefully the new triggers are actually better but I can't say much about that until I try.

Xbone controller seems to have got the idea that nobody's going to care about these extra gimmicky things on the controller (except that pass and play thing, although that won't affect anything as it's internal so you can easily ignore it) and they've basically improved everything that I hated about the 360 one, I just hope it's comfortable. And no, vibrations won't destroy your hands, they'll make them feel awesome.

It's weird how the xbox controller is so great compared to the failure of a console while the PS4 controller hasn't improved so much (it's the same controller really, not changed the dpad or buttons...) and added more gimmicky stuff while the console is more focused than the xbox is. It's actually a bit annoying :P

The "the console knows where the controller is" thing will only work if the Kinect is turned on, which Microsoft confirmed that the Xbox One does NOT need the Kinect to work.

I have just $150 left to pay on my console :D im getting Ryse and BF4 with it

Nope, XBox does not need the kinect Sensor anymore, in fact you can now get the Xbox one for the same price as the PS4 without Kinect.

the "console knows where the controller is" is really only good for kinect users, and just saves you signing in and out of your profile manually.

I love the rumble motors in my 360 controller, and my guess for the trigger ones, they're gonna be small  rumble motors like that found in your cellphone(The vibrator). It's not like they're going to be on all the time..they'll act just like the existing rumble motors., depending on the game your'e playing. and if you don't like it? turn it off in the game settings. which you an do in most games if not all. The rumble effect is a scale of immersion I like in a game...
