Here's my ponysona:

 

His name is Flash Freeze, he's a unicorn from Canterlot, his special talent is Ice Skating (I love Ice Skating), and basically, the reason he's a unicorn is that his magic is used for changing the temperature (basically, since they change seasons with magic in canterlot, I'd assume that some unicorns can control the temperature) of water enough to make it freeze (he can't change the temperature of the air though) and unfreeze while he's skating on it, essentially making it so that he can skate (or walk) on water.

@Somepony - Reminds me of the movie Frozen.  And I can imagine him creating ice as he skates along, like Frozone from The Incredibles.  And my favorite sound on there is the Wilhem scream.  I love it when they use it in MLP. 

 

@Rising - No, I was reffering to the pony creator images.  I don't think I've seen the ones you're talking about.
