Honestly, it depends on the program. I kept seeing Inkscape, and I went with it. I read a few tutorials, but it's mainly practice, and a lot of time.

Thanks, I have Inkscape, I guess I'll just have to do some practicing. Did you read any tutorials on the MLP vector club?
