You mean 20% CPU load? That's still a fine load; You'll only start to feel slowdowns when you're at 70-90% load. 

 

Unless if your computer's running hot and thermal throttling, then that maybe a different story...

My computer starts to get loud around there. Though it doesn't get that hot, and it's not slowing down.

Other than the noise, then your computer's just fine. 20% CPU load won't really give any detrimental effects to the performance of your PC. :comeatus:

well i got told to ask if there was work to be done i asked they said yes but its only one thing so i do that and get food 

 

then i ask are you sure there is no work to do they go "yes"

 

so i go on my pc mum cimes to me 4 hours later "why are you here there was work to be done why havent you done any work"

 

that made me angry as i fucking asked and got told there was none to do
