Darn it, I was actually in a pretty decent mood, then I got talking about some problems, now my mood's worse and I'm thinking of things I don't want to be thinking of.

 

 I'm not entirely sure I can function in society.

I think I can be partly blamed for that. Sorry.

The idea of learning all these commonplace things needed for living in society is somewhat daunting, but what's the alternative? Be stuck here in this house for the rest of my life? That sounds pretty terrible.

I'd say we won't get as hard hit as the others. Our village's grid is connected to a subdivision developed by a known crony of the government, so I guess they'll give some "advantages" to those living in their and the developer, and in turn also give "advantages" to those connected to their grid, which we happen to be. So I guess that's a bit of a guilty pleasure advantage as much as how am I displeased with the track record of this government

 

But not saying that blackouts won't totally happen either, especially since it is a power crisis. Also not to mention the random "emergency line trouble" blackouts that can happen any single minute, hour, day or month from now, whether there's a power crisis or not...
