 "Time Fcuk" (Yes, it's actually spelled that way.) is on Newgrounds for free. Despite the title, It's a Puzzle platformer, and while still strange, there's nothing really disgusting or anything like that in it. It's a pretty fun game too.

A whole new game mode, A new character, more than 100 new items, new alternate versions of floors with more enemies and bosses, 8 new transformations, almost double the challenges, new endings, tons of secret stuff, a daily challenge kind of thing, more synergies with item combos, etc.

Cool CAPTN. If you liked that you might like a few other of his games. "Aether" and "Spewer" are also both pretty fun.

 

 Isaac's still my favorite though, there's a demo of the flash version of Isaac on Newgrounds too, though Isaac's one of the games that get's into a lot darker territory.
