I upped the intensity today. Went from running 30 seconds and walking 90 seconds for 20 minutes to running 30 seconds and walking 60 seconds for 21 minutes. When I was finished, my legs were twitching something awful XD

 

But I'm down to 231.2 pounds :D That's down roughly 4 pounds from where I started. It's not a huge difference, but I'll take what I can get.

Well, in terms of tape, they're referring to stick tape, or hockey tape in general. From what I've seen, it's only something ROOT Sports Pgh does for Penguins' broadcasts.
