I love the Retro vision pill in Isaac. It's this really annoying random pill you can get that makes the whole game super pixellated, to the point it's a little hard to see things.

 

 So, why do I love it? Well, you see...It happens 3 times, over a period of 30 seconds, and then it stops. That's all. But people have been restarting and giving up great runs because they think it's permanent, without even trying to wait it out. I think that's hilarious.
