I saw this clouds on my birthday celebration this year. I love this clouds.

Iron, you were lucky to see the noctilucent cloud from the ground.

I'm lucky as I get in/above to clouds so see the sun most days.

I've just had a look on my camera and we also saw fainr noctilucent clouds on the way back from Iceland last summer - but I haven't uploaded them to photobucket yet.

@Dawn: I have seen a lot of nice things in the nature. But the only thing I never saw was a solar eclipse. In both cases when a solar clipse was in germany, it was cloudy.  :okiedokielokie:

We tried to see the one in '99 sat on a boat in the English channel, but it was cloudy.

We had a partial eclipse last summer. But I had to get to work so couldn't see it all.

We stayed up for the recent luna eclipse.

99 it was cloudy and this year it was cloudy too. And I really want to see a solar eclipse.
