Don't get me wrong. I love my family and seeing them and having some time of work. But I'm kinda just scraping by as it is and people don't realize that. I don't want presents for Christmas for two reasons. 1) I have everything I need and 2) I don't want to feel guilty when I don't buy something for someone.

 

If you don't have to pay all your own bills yet, it's not something you're going to understand. When you're having a hard time staying financially stable, you realize how stressful the holidays are.

Yeah. I don't have everything I want. I don't have kids yet, but I'm trying to save for a house while paying for a car, rent, bills, keeping myself fed, etc. It all adds up. :/ Not all of us can afford getting people Christmas presents. I thought I'd be bathing in money when I finished school, but it seems like I'm just as broke now as I was when I was in college.
