Hmm, I've done that in the past and it happens at my club from the club box-o-lands.

These days I have a "limited deck box"

1x deck box

85x pre-sleeved lands (17 of each)

40+ empty sleeves.

DCI card (mmm, 7 digits)

 

That way, I only have to sleeve the non-lands (saving time) and I have a few spare sleeves.

(I do wonder about upping the land count to 25 of each but going mono in sealed/draft is unlikely and may be a bit forced)

 

How are your/have your release events gone?

Couldn't find anything about release events on local game shop's site. I am planning on going this Friday to FNM, though.
