Just read the news that the, oh so lovely, Telekom is going to throttle EVEN MORE internet connections!!

This time for things like online gaming and streaming.

And if you want your internet for these "special services" to be normal speed, you will have to pay an extra fee.

 

You ask "even more"? Yes, they are already throttling youtube.

No shit, they threatened Youtube a while back, saying that Youtube shall pay them for transporting their data in Europe (as yt servers are all US) and if they don't they are going to throttle all Youtube connections.

Well, guess if youtube paid those little shits...

 

And now don't tell me to switch providers, because ALL internet cables in east germany are owned by the Telekom (no, I do not know what moron had the idea of giving ALL internet cables to a single company... #privatization #capitalism #ftw)
