No, you're getting confused. The Tsar bomb was legitimately tested. 

I think the American approach was to make low yield bombs with high accuracy and the Russian approach was to blow literally everything the fuck up and you'll probably hit your target.

I'm glad I wasn't alive for the Cold War.

Well I wasn't entirely wrong.

The 50Mt Tsar Bomba was tested, the 100Mt Tsar Bomba was only designed

I think I was reading the Tsar bomb was designed to be 100MT but they were worried they would ignite the atmosphere. 

When even the Russians are worried about what they've made, that's when you know it's not to be played with

Okay so I just looked on the website of the university internet provider, and it said that they give you 10GB per Day... instead of the flyer that said 15GB/week...

So in that case that would almost be an acceptable traffic limit

Still, to download 1 game I'd have to take a whole week

Like, the new Siege update is 26GB, I'd have to take 3 days for it instead of, what 2-3 hours...

And the website says when you go over your limit you're not excluded (like the flyer said) but instead can only browse University websites.

AND it said that you cannot buy higher traffic, but you would get higher traffic when you start working for them (as it is run by students). And I'm studying IT Security... so a job in doing networking stuff doesn't sound that bad, + I get extra traffic...

I mean if I notice that I really hate the limit and have to download my games faster, I could still always go to an external ISP, but that^ seems much more reasonable than the 15GB/week + it's still free
