Just these things that keep bothering me, it also doesn't help that I haven't been talking to anyone the past week or so.

I'm hoping to overcome it as I have in the past, being out of a job for 4 months sucks.

Oh yeah, not having anyone around or talking to anyone is bad... especially when you don't feel good, you really need to occupy your mind and not give it time to dwell on bad thoughts.

Or you have to try and convice yourself that you shouldn't be feeling bad about it.
