I found a way to easily get the sound back.

 

 If you go into device manager and click on sound, video and game controllers. Then go down to Realtek HD auto. If you right click and Scan for hardware changes it fixes the audio and video when it's messed up.

You can just disable and re-enable your speaker option, aswell.
