In that case otaku, why not allow me to take a basic anotmy class? The chemistry class was nothing but chemical reactions and writing out bonds for said reactions.

Chemical reactions would be done by qualified techs in the lab, if a lawyer or peace officer tried to prove one without a legal qualification then it would be inadmisable in court.
