He don't need it and he is not willing to pay much for internet, that he nearly not using anyway. And when he want to buy CDs on the internet, he has a friend from my big brother to ask for, often they both buying CDs together. He is not much interested in anything else on internet. Also don't care much, that he can't play online on PS3/PS4

 

he probably could get internet, he just don't need it.
